December 6th was Krampusnacht! Yay! I hope to go to Austria someday and see it in person…

Last Friday night we started a brand new path in our lives. We had a New Moon Eclipse in Sagittarius, bringing up issues of expansion, inner truth, wisdom, justice, adventure and luck. This eclipse will continue to unfold this week. It sets the tone for this whole month’s lunar cycle. Look to where you want to rebirth yourself, and put all of your focus there.

This week, Mercury is hiding behind the Sun, as they continue their travels through Sagittarius. This can bring extremes to our thinking – either we think too much and over analyze, or we don’t think at all. Try to find a happy medium. The big aspect this week is Venus conjuncting Pluto at 24 degrees Capricorn. If you have any planets at 24 Aries, Cancer, Libra or Capricorn, they will be exponentionally activated this week. This conjunction inspires deep evolution in our relationships, romances, and artistic endeavors, AND it will be continuing until MARCH!! Could bring obsessiveness, catharsis, transformation and healing.

Monday, December 6th: Moon in Capricorn makes five aspects today including a trine with Uranus in Taurus, and conjunctions with Venus and Pluto. Watch for signs today about the major relationship shifts coming in the next few months. Authority figures are in charge today, and power plays or control issues could come up. Ground yourself through working hard, especially on things you’ve been avoiding. Could be an intense evening.

Tuesday, December 7th: Moon in Aquarius. Do things today that help you feel grounded. Mercury in Sagittarius squares Neptune in Pisces in the early morning. This aspect makes our minds foggy, and makes the facts of any situation hard to grasp. Things will be clearer in the next couple of days, so postpone important decisions or conversations. Lots of electricity and ideas in the air.

Wednesday, December 8th: Moon in Aquarius. Mars squares Jupiter in the middle of the night, which means we need to find an agreement between our drives and our ideals. When we bring them into alignment, we turn a corner. This is a revolutionary day, and there could many changes and developments. Slow down and take everything one step at a time, and step carefully around people’s egos. Also, Aquarius means to let your creative genius out to play, and to connect with friends and groups of folks.

Thursday, December 9th: Moon in Pisces makes a lovely conjunction with Jupiter in the middle of the night. Pisces means “go with the flow”. Today is good for listening to lots of music, taking a boat ride, and using your senses. There’s also a Moon square Mars in the early morning which can bring underlying tensions to the surface. With the Mercury hidden in the fires of the Sun, it can be difficult to talk your way through issues. Use your intuition.

Friday, December 10th: Moon in Pisces enters her 2nd quarter. If an issue comes up, go with your gut instincts. Excellent day for psychic impressions, imagination, watery activities, or being wildly creative. Swim around with your intuitions and ideas. The watery, musical, loving vibe is enhanced by the Moon’s conjunction with Neptune in the early afternoon.

Saturday, December 11th: Moon goes void-of-course in Pisces at 11:20am, then into Aries at 1:46pm Pacific. Today is the BIG conjunction between Venus and Pluto at 24 Capricorn! With this aspect, and the Moon entering Aries, watch for tempers flaring. Avoid ego stand offs. We are being called to evolve and regenerate our relationships, so practice giving, receiving and sharing. Implement new ideas and approaches.

Sunday, December 12th: Moon in Aries gives us fresh energy and perspective. The Sun squares Neptune in the middle of the night which can bring confusion to our day. The best use of this energy is to focus on creativity and soul expression. Forget your worries and have some FUN!!

The Sun moves through the last degrees of Scorpio this week, culminating with an ECLIPSE/Full Moon THIS Thursday night at 27 Taurus. That’s a LOT of force and power, but it’s also trine to Pluto over in Capricorn. This energy encourages transformation and spiritual evolution. You are evolving, especially in the material, earthy sides of your life. Pluto doesn’t leave us a choice either – it’s something you have to do. This lunar eclipse lets you access the deepest darkest parts of your subconscious – bringing them to the light – in order to eliminate fear and heal past trauma. This Moon brings peak experiences with beauty, health, relationships, money, home, job and survival. Taurus is a money sign, and indicates prosperity and love. Since this Full Moon takes place in the last degrees of Taurus, we are completing a personal cycle of growth, and something new is about to begin. The Sun enters Sagittarius next Sunday.

The last month has been a deep dive into exploring our ambitions, healing psychological wounds and uncovering hidden agendas. Sun in Scorpio represents personal power and the truth, and wherever it appears in your chart is where you fearlessly walk through the shadows to find the treasure within you.

There’s a bunch of big aspects this week leading up to the Eclipse, but the trickiest one is the tense and disruptive Mars in Scorpio opposing Uranus in Taurus. It started yesterday with Mercury opposing Uranus; this brings a nervous edge to communications through Tuesday. With Mars opposing Uranus, instincts are heightened and there can be sudden breathroughs. We might have revelations or anxiety, or have a strong urge towards liberation.

Monday, November 15th: Moon in Aries makes us fiesty! Sun and Moon in Mars-ruled signs gives us a driven and ambitious start to the week. We each have a direct line to our Will and can make good progress. Avoid headstrong, risky behavior, or engaging in power plays with others. Watch out for taking on more than you can handle.

Sun in Scorpio squares Jupiter in Aquarius: Look out for over-confidence and arrogance. We each need to do some boundary-setting between our emotions and the needs of our friends. Grab opportunities today and try not to overindulge in anything (Jupiter).

Tuesday, November 16th: Moon in Aries is void-of-course at 7:51am, then void ALL DAY until 6:18pm Pacific when she enters Taurus. No negotiating or risk taking today! Instead, work on your personal goals and health. Tests might come up around your identity and who you are becoming. Best to go slow and stay present with yourself so you can respond properly in the moment. Each of us has a new way of being, and a new life manifesting.

Wednesday, November 17th: Moon in Taurus. Mars in Scorpio opposes Uranus in Taurus, asking us to reconcile our passions with our resources – in a way that liberates us. Moon trines Venus, accentuating the earthy, sensual, Taurus vibe, and moves on to conjunct Uranus. We are in the orb of the Full Moon tomorrow night. Any activity that awakens the five senses is highlighted. It’s a sensual full moon. Very passionate night.

Thursday, November 18th: Full Moon and ECLIPSE at 11:00pm Pacific in Taurus makes a couple of tense aspects today with Mercury and Jupiter. Mercury in Scorpio also trines Neptune in Pisces in the morning, which brings our minds and instincts into a wonderful, watery harmony. Good aspect for creativity and deep connections with others. The Full Moon brings love, beauty, passion, commitment, nature, animals, and the Divine Feminine. Avoid power struggles, control issues and obsession. Pushiness and bullying will get you nowhere. Listen to others, respect their wishes and look to the common good. Taurus wants us all to be healthy and secure.

Friday, November 19th: Moon in Gemini. We are in still in the the orb of the Full Moon, but today we are socializing and talking endlessly about it. Mind the details of your life. Venus trines Uranus in the middle of the night, bringing sudden, (hopefully positive) developments to relationships. The Moon in Gemini will help us communicate openly about our feelings.

Saturday, November 20th: Moon in Gemini continues yesterday’s conversations. Today we have Mercury in Scorpio squaring Jupiter in Aquarius, which brings a serious tone to the day. We set boundaries with friends or groups through our thinking and communications. We can find real meaning in our relationships, because Mercury in Scorpio favors deep understanding between people.

Sunday, November 21st: Moon void-of-course in Gemini all day, entering Cancer at 7:30pm Pacific. Sun into SAGITTARIUS at 6:30pm. We enter a new energy field in the fire sign of the Centaur. Take stock and think about setting some goals. Sagittarius is the sign of the Archer, and he likes to aim at a target. Where will you focus your energies for the coming Winter?

We started on Monday with a Full Moon at 28 Pisces, rising as a beautiful harvest moon around 7:30pm Pacific. The energies of this Full Moon will unfold over the next several days. Pisces is peak experiences with our spirituality, right brain, psychic abilities, healing, endings, and the cosmic. Overcome victim consciousness; you are not a victim of anyone or anything. Since this Full Moon takes place at the very last degree of Pisces, we are REALLY wrapping something up – something is ending and something is about to start.

The Sun moves through the last degrees of Virgo, then enters Libra on Wednesday at 12:21pm, heralding the Fall Equinox! It is equal day and equal night – a time of finding balance in our lives. Libra is justice, coexistence, law, liberty, equality, and fraternity. With the Full Moon and the Equinox happening together, this is a powerful week of transition.

Monday, September 20th: Full Moon in Pisces at 4:55pm Pacific, goes void-of-course, then enters Aries at 8:13pm. Have some solitude today and reflect on things. Daydreams, music and movies are always highlighted with a Pisces Moon. Have fun, eat something sweet, and let yourself be creative. Also today we have Mercury in Libra trine Jupiter in Aquarius which greatly enhances communication, writing, luck and prospects. Grab any oportunities that arise today.

Tuesday, September 21st: Moon in Aries has us feeling frisky and charging full speed ahead. The Moon here on a Tuesday (Day of Mars) is auspicious, but unfortunately Mars itself is in it’s detriment (hard place) in Libra. The warrior doesn’t like having to sit in Libra’s tea parties and design committee meetings. Channel all that energy into things that feel like an easy win, that will boost your self esteem.

Wednesday, September 22nd: FALL EQUINOX. Sun enters LIBRA at 12:21pm Pacific time. Equal day equal night. Mercury squares Pluto at dawn, bring an edge to communications today. There are no trivial, light conversations with this aspect. Because of the square, and the Moon still in Aries, avoid headstong, “fuck it” kinds of attitudes. There could be control issues or power struggles with others, especially online. Moon in Aries goes void at 7:05pm. Watch for a huge Moon tonight.

Thursday, September 23rd: Moon in Taurus is inconjunct with the Sun and Mars, which can bring up health related issues. Venus in Scorpio opposes Uranus in Taurus in the predawn hours, which can bring an element of unpredictability to our day. The Moon squares Saturn in Aquarius too, which can bring a cold, pessimistic mood. This could be a rough day, so avoid risks and important conversations. Be aware that people are cautious and stubborn during a Taurus Moon.

Friday, September 24th: Moon in Taurus on a Friday (day of Venus) makes for a perfect date night, however Venus magick is not advised as the planet is in her detriment (not happy) in Scorpio. Also, the Moon conjuncts Uranus and opposes Venus today, which can spark sudden, unexpected tensions and events. Oppositions, especially between Taurus and Scorpio, can make for steamy connections though too. With Uranus in Taurus being activated, try new approaches to earthly matters.

Saturday, September 25th: Moon is void-of-course in Taurus ALL DAY, until she enters Gemini at 5:36pm. That’s a LONG void period! Follow plans that have been previously agreed upon, OR stay home and clean your house. At 2:50pm, Mars in Libra makes a lovely trine with Saturn in Aquarius, which gives us lots of energy, drive, ambition and focus.

Sunday, September 26th: Moon in Gemini has three lovely trines with the Sun in Libra, Saturn in Aquarius, and Mars in Libra. That’s a whole lot of Air happening today, which means we can explore our truths, understand each other, and climb our personal mountains. Starhawk says mountain tops symbolize the element Air, so go climbing today.

The Sun moved into Virgo on Sunday, heralding the beginning of harvest season! We also had a Full Moon at the tail end of Aquarius. Something in your life is coming to a close, and something is starting – and it’s making you stretch out of your comfort zone. The transition from Leo to Virgo is profound. With the Sun in Leo, we reveled in our true identity, and practiced new ways of expressing it to the world; now with Virgo we get to work.

Mars in Virgo had a friendly trine to Uranus in Taurus on Sunday around midnight, and will continue all week. What are the ways you can liberate your drive, so you can manifest your Will on the world? Mars wants us to TAKE ACTION to find freedom, and defend our future (Uranus). Be open to pathways showing up that are outside of the norm.

Monday, August 23rd: Moon in Pisces opposes Mars and Mercury in Virgo today, emotionally integrating events of last week. We’re still deep in the gravity of yesterday’s Full Moon in Aquarius/Pisces, and we might see more unfolding developments. Venus trine Saturn is exact in the pre-dawn hours, helping us achieve discipline in our artistic ambitions. Set necessary limits and get to work. The issue of commitment may come up in relationships.

Tuesday, August 24th: Moon in Pisces is void until entering Aries at noon Pacific time. Moon in Aries enhances the mood of “Mars Tuesday”, but Mars itself is SO unhappy over in Virgo. Not a great day for Mars magick. We’re going to have to wait a couple of months for him to enter Scorpio. Also today, Mercury in Virgo opposes Neptune in Pisces, bringing up confusion in communications. Watch the misinformation expand it’s reach today, but don’t engage; focus on art instead.

Wednesday, August 25th: Moon in Aries opposes Venus in Libra, which can impact relationships and bring up some scuffles. Watch your temper. With Moon in Aries, keep calm while driving, or dealing with insecure, headstrong people. There’s a feeling of rebirth today, so be in tune with what you’re birthing in your life. Mercury is SO HAPPY in Virgo right now, so today is fabulous for Air Magick of any kind.

Thursday, August 26th: Moon in Aries goes void-of-course at 2:14pm Pacific for several hours – entering Taurus at 9:27pm. Look out. Don’t take any risks, and give up reasoning with stubborn people. Hard to get concessions from anyone today. In the morning, Mercury in Virgo trines Pluto in Capricorn, which makes us want deep, meaningful communications. Wait until tomorrow. Or even next week.

Friday, August 27th: Moon in Taurus (EXALTED) with Venus in Libra (in RULERSHIP)? Yep, this is a FANTASTIC day for Venus Magick. Anyone can burn a green candle to attract money, pink for friends and red for passionate love. Get some fresh flowers in your house and wear nice clothes. Moon squaring Saturn in the afternoon means we can deal with reality and wrap up work by dinnertime. In the evening, merge with the sensual side of Taurus, and indulge yourself in romance, food, or nature.

Saturday, August 28th: Moon in Taurus conjuncts Uranus and trines Mars in Virgo. The lovely, romantic vibe continues, but this time, expect the unexpected. Projects might need adjustment. Also, Venus is inconjunct with Uranus, which brings the desire for independence and freedom. Let yourself have the time or space you need today, in order to reconnect with who you are and what you want.

Sunday, August 29th: Moon goes into Gemini at 9:42am, and later squares Jupiter and trines Mercury. This enhances the lightning-fast-communication vibe of the Gemini Moon. We want to socialize and talk to everyone. THEN Mercury enters Libra at 10:10pm, bringing a need for harmony and balance to our relationships.

The Sun moved into Leo last Thursday, entering his home kingdom. The Sun is in his natural element in Leo, and shines his brightest! Now is the time to do Sun magick if you have the inclination. Mercury is zooming through the last degrees of Cancer, and joins the Sun in Leo this coming Tuesday. This will be a great change for all of us. Our minds have been water logged with Cancerian feelings, sensitivities and insecurities. In Leo, Mercury is birthed from the Cancerian womb, becomes the Child, clears his head and fully expresses himself!

Meanwhile, Venus has moved into Virgo, becoming an Earth Goddess for the next few weeks. Venus in Virgo encourages us to embody our inner priestess, and to handle our habits and health in the proper way – let’s eat, sleep, and exercise in the right ways. Mars follows closely behind and joins her in Virgo this week. Give expression to something.

Monday, July 26th: Moon in Pisces makes a couple of minor aspects. We’re still feeling the gravity of yesterday’s Mercury in Cancer opposing Pluto in Capricorn. This aspect brings life changing thoughts, revelations and communications. Evolution through the mind is powerful. When the Mind grasps a new concept, it cannot go back to the former idea.

Tuesday, July 27th: Moon in Pisces goes void around 6:15pm Pacific, and Mercury enters Leo at the same time! Mercury has been moving lightning fast, and is well expressed through the sign of Leo. Our minds and hearts are connected, and commmunications are enhanced. Today is excellent for singing and playing music, if that’s your thing; any artistic ventures will go far today.

Wednesday, July 28th: Moon in Aries, and Jupiter (going backwards or ‘retrograde’) falls back into Aquarius. We will be revisiting issues from the past year, but our approach to solving them will be matured. With Moon in Aries, keep calm while driving, or dealing with insecure, headstrong people. There’s a feeling of rebirth today, so be in tune with what you’re birthing in your life.

Thursday, July 29th: Moon in Aries, and In the morning, there’s a major opposition between Mars in Leo and Jupiter in Aquarius. Focus on leadership. Helping other people shine, is the best use of this energy. Lead with your heart. Mars moves into Virgo around 1:30pm Pacific. Mars isn’t thrilled about Virgo AT ALL, but it IS good for planning new strategies for tackling problems. Mars in Virgo streamlines processes for maximum efficiency. Just go easy on perfectionism and self criticism.

Friday, July 30th: Moon into Taurus at 1:08pm Pacific. Moon sextiles Jupiter, then trines Mars in Virgo an hour later. Keep a cool head and engage in calm communications. With the Taurus Moon (exalted) and these aspects, we could encounter stubborness with people today. Focus on the sensual side of Taurus, and indulge yourself in romance, food, or nature.

Saturday, July 31st: Moon in Taurus, AND enters it’s 4th quarter; the dark of the Moon. The Moon makes three squares today, which gives us some work to do to find agreement or forward progress. Moon conjuncts Uranus bringing surprises.

Sunday, August 1st: Moon in Taurus still today! Sun conjuncts Mercury in Leo at sunrise. Mercury opposes Saturn at 2:50pm Pacific which can bring a deep need for reality-based conversations. Careful not to fall into pessimism or negative thinking.

There are a couple powerful aspects this week with Mars. It will oppose Saturn, and then square Uranus; both of which can be tense and explosive. Also, last Thursday’s Full Moon in Capricorn is still unfolding, so stay calm this week and avoid arguments. The Dark of the Moon/4th quarter begins this Thursday, July 1st, and is waning until Friday, July 9th, when we have a New Moon in Cancer. The next two weeks are full of squares and other challenging aspects, so tensions could be high. Take excellent care of yourself; get good rest, good food and good company.

Mercury went Direct last Tuesday, and is barely moving. When a planet is stationary, before it starts picking up speed again, it’s powers are said to be very concentrated. This is a powerful time to speak and be visible! Need to clear the air? This is a great time to do it. Say what you NEED and let people know what you’re feeling, just do it calmly. What message do you want to send out about yourself or interests? What do you want people to notice about you, and what do you want to accomplish? Think about these things as Mercury begins to move forward.

Monday, June 28th: Moon into Pisces at 10:51am Pacific, and Venus entered Leo in the night. Venus loves being in Leo. Women will be creative, strong, and heart centered over the next several weeks. Venus inconjunct Jupiter is exact today. Watch out for overindulging and risk taking. Be gentle with yourself and have some fun. Everything cheers up in the evening with the Moon conjunct Jupiter.

Tuesday, June 29th: Moon in Pisces trines the Sun in Cancer. Fluffy-watery-Neptune day could have us seeking emotional security. Give yourself whatever you need – a nice dinner, phone calls with friends, or maybe solitude. It’s all good, just follow your instincts. This combination brings out emotions, music and creativity. Moon sextile Uranus in the afternoon could bring some surprises.

Wednesday, June 30th: Moon in Pisces goes void-of-course at 10:40am, then into Aries 6:21pm Pacific. That’s such a long void period! Follow plans and focus on the work in front of you. Keep your calm while driving, or dealing with insecure, headstrong people. There’s a feeling of rebirth today, so be in tune with what you’re birthing in your life.

Thursday, July 1st: Moon in Aries and five aspects! The big one is at 6:08am – the major opposition between Saturn in Aquarius and Mars in Leo. We’ve been building up to this all week. Both Mars and Saturn are “malefics”, capable of bringing destructive forces and major power struggles. Mars already wants to be in charge, but in Leo he’s a raging narcissist about it. Meanwhile, Saturn in Aquarius is on the side of humanity and forward progress. These two major planets agree on drive, ambition and hard work, so these are the best things to focus on this week. Moon trine Mars in the evening gives us industrious ways to work through the intensity.

Friday, July 2nd: Moon in Aries. Today is the eye of the hurricane. We’re still feeling the big forces at work from yesterday, but there’s big stuff coming tomorrow. Keep a cool head and engage in calm communications. Mercury sextile the Moon is the only aspect today, and that helps us understand each other.

Saturday, July 3rd: Moon in Taurus. The Sun is inconjunct Saturn, which brings struggles with authority figures. Your ego could be challenged, or you’ll find there’s more hard work to be done.

Dark of the Moon begins on Wednesday this week, so just take it easy and rest. This is a week of wrapping things up and finishing projects, so we can prepare for the rebirth of the New Moon. The Moon is waning until Thursday, June 10th, when we have a New Moon in Gemini.

The Sun in Gemini brings our attention to our social circle, Mars in Cancer directs our attention to our homes and personal world, and Venus moving into Cancer delights in the home, family, and nostagia. Since it’s a waning Moon this week, your energies are best used for purging old belongings, wrapping up loose ends, paying off debts and clearing the clutter. Update your life and make room for the wonderful energies flowing towards you.

Mercury, Gemini’s ruler, just went retrograde on Saturday. For the next three weeks we will go back over already covered ground. We are reveiwing our thinking, close relationships, and intellectual adventures. Along with this, we are in eclipse season. There was a Full Moon eclipse in Sagittarius last week, and next week, June 10th, brings us a New Moon solar eclipse. It’s a powerful time of change.

Monday, May 31st: Moon in Aquarius, and Mars trine Neptune in the middle of the night. This is a great combination of energies to start off the week. The Aquarian influence makes us focused, friendly, but also resolute. The Mars trine Neptune aspect stirs up our intuition and creativity, allowing us to go full tilt into self expression, and communication with higher forces.

Tuesday, June 1st: Moon in Pisces conjuncts Neptune. Another fluffy Neptune day. It’s all gut instincts today, so practice trusting them. Everything cheers up in the evening with the Moon conjunct Jupiter. Your horizons are expanded!

Wednesday, June 2nd: Moon in Pisces, and Venus into Cancer in the early morning. This combination brings out emotions, music and creativity. Embrace solitude. Take time for yourself and focus on your spiritual practice. Moon sextile Uranus in the afternoon could bring some surprises.

Thursday, June 3rd: Moon in Aries and seven mostly positive aspects, all leading up to Venus trine Jupiter at 4:33pm Pacific. This is the highlight of the week! Such a beautiful aspect. Neptune is a higher vibration of Venus, and the two combining in a lovely trine brings a positive expansion to all of our relationships, deep, spiritual connections with other people, and transformative creativity. If you want to channel the divine into your art, you will be able to mainline heaven today. Moon trine Mars today can make us industrious.

Friday, June 4th: Moon in Aries. The Moon makes two lovely sextiles today with Saturn and the Sun, bringing alignment to our work and inner drives.

Saturday, June 5th: Moon in Aries, going void-of-course at 3:47pm for the rest of the day. Watch out for headstrong behavior and avoid risk-taking. There’s tension today with three squares, and the explosive Pluto opposing Mars. Yikes. Watch out for angry people. If you’re in a disagreement with someone, try to stall until next week to resolve issues.

Sunday, June 6th: Moon in Taurus forms two lovely sextiles – one with Jupiter and one with Venus. This is a continuation of the wonderful, loving, artistic vibes of Thursday, except with the Moon in Taurus (exalted), we look for ways to tangibly manifest our inspirations from the last week. With Moon in Taurus, get out into nature.

Pluto is still stationary retrograde, asking us to review and release anything that stands in the way of our personal evolution. Saturn will be slowing down this month and going stationary retrograde on May 23rd – asking us to review the structures of our lives. With both of these planets standing still, their energies are greatly concentrated, and will impact the astrology of May. We are going over old ground.

Monday, May 3rd: Moon in Aquarius, and Mercury into Gemini! Today is intense. This is the best communication/negotiation day of the week. However, today is really about tense aspects; four squares and the Moon conjuncting Saturn. The most powerful aspect is the Sun square Saturn. Aknowledge your limits, and discipline your days to focus on your purpose. Battles with authority can happen today.

Tuesday, May 4th: Moon in Aquarius going into Pisces at 7:09pm. Moon square Venus can bring more stand offs today, but everything cheers up in the evening with the Moon conjuncting Jupiter. Your horizons are expanded! Follow your instincts and practice self love.

Wednesday, May 5th: Moon in Pisces. Embrace solitude. Moon trine Mars today can make us industrious. Use your instincts when dealing with people. Take time for yourself and focus on your spiritual practice. Moon sextile Uranus in the afternoon could bring some surprises.

Thursday, May 6th: Moon in Pisces brings out music and creativity. Venus trine Pluto brings endings AND/OR new beginnings to all of our relationships. This is a powerful aspect which brings intensity and deep connection between people, and transformative creativity.

Friday, May 7th: Moon in Aries. The Moon makes three lovely sextiles today – including Venus – which brings a friendly, creative vibe to the day. Today is a true relief after the major shifts this week. Be careful of head strong behavior and selfishness.

Saturday, May 8th: Moon in Aries and Venus into Gemini. Venus square Jupiter is exact in the early morning, enhancing sociability. A square brings challenges though, so look out for over indulgence and over spending. Pursue happiness and creative activities.

Sunday, May 9th: Moon in Aries, into Taurus at 4:36pm Pacific. The Moon, Uranus, the Sun and Venus hang out together in a delightful pile up in Taurus, as we prepare for the New Moon on Tuesday!

We are in the dark of the Moon this week, so just take it easy and rest. The Moon is waning until Sunday, April 11th, when we have a New Moon in Aries.

Friends, it’s a week of germination as we prepare for the rebirth of the New Moon in Aries next Sunday. The week starts in an airy, social space with the Moon in Aquarius, and now Mercury in Aries. Mercury is amplified in Aries after spending weeks in foggy, sentimental, watery Pisces. Our minds shake off the confusion and become reborn in the sign of the Ram. Mercury is moving fast and will soon catch up to Chiron, then the Sun and Venus, who are still moving through Aries together.

It will be interesting to see what happens when the Sun, Venus and Mercury catch up with Eris in Aries and square Pluto in Capricorn. This major, two year square between Pluto (evolution) and Eris (discord) is one of the most combustible aspects happening right now. We are also moving towards Pluto stationing retrograde on April 27, which could bring up challenges leading to evolution. Keep your focus on what’s most important to you, and ignore the distractions that arise.

We now have all the personal planets – Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars – in the early signs of the zodiac: Aries, Taurus and Gemini. These are the most personal, impulsive, internal, spontaneous, self-oriented energies. It’s springtime, and the seed is just starting to sprout. We are getting in touch with our values, desires and needs so we can individuate (Aries). The impulse towards individualization is coming from Pluto, the Soul, over in Capricorn. Ask yourself: who am I, and what do I want to see happen with my life and my purpose”. Once you’ve established those answers, Uranus in Taurus will help you build new ways of becoming self sufficient.

Monday, April 5th: Moon in Aquarius. It’s an oddly relaxing day. Moon conjuncts Pluto in the middle of the night bringing a heavy, serious vibe, but Moon sextile Mercury in the afternoon makes it easier to talk about whatever is coming up.

Tuesday, April 6th: Moon in Aquarius means try a radical new approach. This is the best communication/negotiation day of the week. We examine and reassess our vision of the future, and how that ties in with the upcoming New Moon. Also, Venus sextiles Mars bringing harmony between men and women. The randiness of Spring is in full effect. Remember to be artfully tactful in all ambitious ventures. Art and music get a boost.

Wednesday, April 7th: Moon void, then into Pisces at 1:30pm Pacific. Follow your instincts and practice self love. Moon conjuncts Jupiter in the early morning which brings a wonderful, jovial vibe to the day. Emotions are lighthearted.

Thursday, April 8th: Moon in Pisces. You might need some solitude as we approach the New Moon. Take time for yourself and focus on nurturing and spiritual practice. Moon sextile Uranus is the only aspect today, and could bring some morning surprises.

Friday, April 9th: Moon in Pisces goes void-of-course at 4:48pm Pacific. Mercury conjuncts Chiron and could bring up a crisis in our communication, thinking, technology or the news. Then Mars square Neptune in the afternoon brings confusion with our ambitions or actions. Things are not what they seem, so wait for more clarity. Not a good time to follow your ego into battles or willful behavior. Avoid rumination, speculation, fantasies, drugs and alcohol.

Saturday, April 10th: Moon in Aries. Mercury sextile Saturn and Venus sextile Jupiter bring great conditions for creative people, and for having fun. Be open to inspiration, beauty and vision – as well opportunities to expand your visibility. These aspects are sociable, but practice caution with Pluto (pandemics) going retrograde in two weeks.

Sunday, April 11th: New Moon in Aries at 7:30pm Pacific. The Moon, Sun and Venus hang out together in a delightful pile up in Aries. Do some self-care since Chiron, the great healer, is also nearby. The other BIG aspect – Venus squares Pluto bringing cathartic creativity, or fears with regards to Love and self expression.

We are in the dark of the Moon this week, so just take it easy and rest. The Moon is waning until Saturday, March 13th, when we have a New Moon in Pisces.

A slow week to start off, but things get so sweet, romantic and artistic by Friday. The week begins with the Sun moving towards the last degrees of Pisces, and ALL OTHER PLANETS moving forward!! This is a great astrological signature, and we can finally catch our breath and really take a look around at our new world.

The Moon rendezvous with some lovely energies this week in the lead up to our beautfiul, artistic and spiritual New Moon. It’s rare to see such beautiful placements with everything moving forward as well. The only glitch is the continuing battle between the “old” and the “new”, i.e. the square between Saturn and Uranus. It’s still with us, creating battles in our society and leadership. The old guard is struggling to hold onto power and to control the future. As technology advances it will lose it’s grip.

Mercury and Jupiter are still conjunct this week but separating. This is the annual connection between our minds and the planet of optimism. We can attract luck and expand business opportunities, negotiation, commerce, prosperity, creative writing and other mental challenges.

The main ruler of this week though, is Neptune. The God of the Sea offers us the keys to the kingdom of our subconscious, expansive creativity, and spiritual strength. If you aren’t ready for this kind of soul growth, he offers you many other things to help you escape the world – alcohol, shopping, TV, drugs, misplaced passions, comfort food, gambling, and internet scrolling. No one is perfect, and of course we all need breaks from reality from time to time, but if you’re not careful Neptune can have you bubbling away your cares for months and years. We must eventually face our distractions and access our intuition to find the true path forward.

Monday, March 8th: Moon in Capricorn, going void-of-course at 4:52pm Pacific. Make decisions early in the day if possible. Today we get down to brass tacks and put in the hard work. We are disciplined and focused. Don’t absorb other people’s pessimism and negativity, just let it roll on by.

Tuesday, March 9th: Moon in Aquarius means to try a radical new approach. This is the best communication/negotiation day of the week. If an issue in your life feels out of control or unjust, gently take action today. Aquarius is the sign of vision, and the future, so it’s easier to find the path forward today.

Wednesday, March 10th: Moon in Aquarius conjuncts Jupiter and Mercury, and the Sun makes a lovely conjunction with Neptune. We emotionally connect with the growth of the past month. Today is a feel good day. Avoid overindulgence and watch for serendipity.

Thursday, March 11th: Moon in Pisces. You might need some solitude as we approach the New Moon. Take some time for yourself and focus on nurturing and spiritual practice. You have permission to rest and watch movies.

Friday, March 12th: Moon in Pisces and conjuncts Venus 7:29pm Pacific. This is a SERIOUSLY great date night. Some lovely aspects with the Moon, so enjoy the creativity of the day. Pay attention to dreams, insights, and intuition. Put lavender under your pillow and keep a pad of paper and pen next to your bed.

Saturday, March 13th: New Moon in Pisces at 2:21am, void at 8:30am then into Aries at 3:44pm. Great conditions for creative people, and for starting something new. Dive into the cosmic waters and join with the great chaos. Venus also conjuncts Neptune today which is FANTASTIC! Be open to inspiration, beauty and vision! Artists, musicians, painters, writers and filmakers today is your day!

Sunday, March 14th: Moon in Aries. No big aspects today. Do some self-care and healing since the Moon joins up with Chiron, the great healer.
