We had a brilliant Full Moon Sunday at 16 Aries, which delivers peak experiences with survival, exploration, physicality, courage, and our personal story. Aries is a feisty sign, and indicates a new beginning. If you saw the Moon, you would notice a huge star in the sky next to it; this is Jupiter currently retrograding through Aries. It expands the power and punch of this week’s energies. If you felt a touch of sadness over the weekend, Chiron was also on the Moon, which symbolizes our deepest wounds.

Meanwhile, Pluto moved Direct on Saturday, but will sit at the same degree for a couple of weeks. Pluto is a heavy influence for the rest of October. Saturn is ALSO standing still in the sky, about to go Direct on October 23rd. When Pluto and Saturn are both stationary and preparing to change direction, their energies grind down on us. It was the conjunction of Pluto and Saturn in January 2020 that heralded the pandemic, so we could experience echos of the last two years.

Wednesday, October 12th: Moon in Taurus goes void of course at 2:42pm, then squares Saturn and conjuncts Pluto in the evening. There could be some heaviness or intensity today. Energy will ramp up and move faster as the Moon moves towards Gemini. Remember what Lao Tzu wrote, “Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them — that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.”

We begin this week with a New Moon at 10 Gemini on Monday! Watch for the dawn, and a beautiful sunrise. Every New Moon is a new beginning, and this one brings a change in attitude. The urge to get out and socialize will be strong, but a square with Saturn asks us to keep our boundaries and practice self discipline too. This New Moon is great for activities requiring mental fortitude – studying, analysis, meditation and organization are all highlighted this week. Focus on simplifying your life.

Mercury has stopped still in the skies, preparing to go Direct on Friday, while Saturn has also stopped still, preparing to go retrograde on Saturday. They are also in a square for the next two weeks. At the same time, Retrograde Mercury is trining Pluto, so there’s a serious and transformational vibe. There could be struggles, tests, limitations, and issues with timing, especially around communication. Be thoughtful and speak sincerely.

Pluto will move into Aquarius on March 23, 2023, so this is the last year of Pluto in Capricorn! It will go back into Capricorn until Nov 19, 2024 when it will spend over a decade in Aquarius. My hope is that the themes of Aquarius – humanity, liberation, genius and forward thinking – will make a positive change with the problems in our society.

Monday, May 30th: New Moon at 10 Gemini in the pre dawn hours brings new options into our live. We are drawn to sociability, sharing and TALKING, however Mercury, Gemini’s ruler, is currently retrograde. We are redoing things, renegotiating agreements. The truth could come out today.

Tuesday, May 31st: Moon in Gemini goes void-of-course at 1:10pm Pacific for the rest of the day, so do important stuff in the morning. Moon trines Saturn in the evening which can bring heavy conversations. We have no problem working hard on projects that require mental effort.

Wednesday, June 1st: Moon in Cancer conjuncts Black Moon Lilith, so solitude is favored. Take time out today and focus on nurturing yourself. Your needs come first.

Thursday, June 2nd: Moon in Cancer on a Thursday is auspicious! There are no other aspects, and it’s a quiet day with the lovely Cancerian energy. Home life and domestic activities are the best use of this Moon, and with Mercury and Saturn stationing, organization gets a boost.

Friday, June 3rd: Moon Cancer moves into Leo at 11:38am, and everyone wants the limelight. Give yourself some love. When the Moon moves from Cancer to Leo, egos can be VERY sensitive, so step carefully around people’s feelings today. Mercury goes Direct at 26 Taurus early in the morning, but will take several days to pick up speed. Living in the present, in a mindful way, is the best way forward.

Saturday, June 4th: Moon in Leo opposes Saturn, and emotions might get heavy. Saturn turns stationary retrograde in the middle of the night. Things can appear unstable, but don’t worry just take action on what you have control over. We are going back over ground we’ve already covered, so it’s an opportunity to recheck your foundation and steps.

Sunday, June 5th: Moon in Leo goes void at 4:12pm Pacific, and opposes Saturn in the evening. This can exacerbate the issues of this week. No other aspects. It’s a great evening to see performances, attend parties or art gatherings.

The Sun moves through the very last degrees of Libra this week, culminating with a brilliant Full Moon on Wednesday at 27 Aries. This Moon brings peak experiences with survival, exploration, physicality, courage, and our personal story. Aries is a feisty sign, and indicates a new beginning. Since this Full Moon takes place in the last degrees of Aries, we are completing a personal cycle of growth, and something new is about to begin. The Sun enters Scorpio this Friday night.

The big influence on the week however, is Jupiter and Mercury both going Direct within the next 24 hours. Although they begin moving forward, they will be standing still at the same degree for several days before picking up forward motion. The blending of these two planets brings big ideas and the ability to verbalize them. Make sure that big talking is not full of hot air though, since Jupiter can be excessive.

What’s happened in your life since June 20 when Jupiter went retrograde? If you’ve been experiencing obstacles to progress, your path will open up now. Jupiter is the planet of opportunities, healing, wealth, success, justice, philanthropy, optimism and spiritual attainment. Jupiter is a jovial, just and honest King.

In the bigger picture, we are on the cusp of Halloween, and the air is alive with Magick. The Sun and Mars are traveling close together in Libra; both trining Jupiter in Aquarius all week. With Jupiter, Mercury, Saturn and Pluto stationary in the skies overhead, we are in an evolutionary, accelerated, and soulful landscape of exciting pathways to explore.

Monday, October 18th: Moon in Aries. Jupiter stationed Direct in the middle of the night, and Mercury stations DIRECT at 10 degrees Libra. This is not the best combination for mercurial activities like driving or talking. Stick to light conversations today, and let competitive people win. It’s not worth it to get into power struggles. We are in the orb of the Full Moon coming Wednesday evening, so keep a low profile.

Tuesday, October 19th: Moon in Aries trines Venus in Sagittarius, which is a happy vibe. With the Direct stations yesterday we want to charge full speed ahead. The Moon here on a Tuesday (Day of Mars) is auspicious, but unfortunately Mars itself is still in it’s detriment (hard place) in Libra. No Mars Magick right now. Men can be grumpy. The warrior wants to charge ahead, not process feelings.

Wednesday, October 20th: Full Moon in Aries 7:57am Pacific. Moon is void all morning, then moves into Taurus at 1:00pm. Aries is great energy for exploring new things, being physical, and starting new projects, but with Mercury standing still all week I would wait until November to really roll out ideas. Moon in Aries can make us headstong, and disagreements can erupt quickly. Avoid “fuck it” kinds of attitudes. We have a beautiful harvest moon rising around 7:30pm Pacific.

Thursday, October 21st: Moon in Taurus conjuncts Uranus which can bring sudden changes to our day. Think about the future and the direction you want your life to go. At 9:20pm, Mars in Libra squares Pluto in Capricorn, giving us a situation to work through regarding relationships and ambitions. This is a tough aspect, so avoid risks and ego battles. Instead, attune yourself to nature, food, and the physical delights of Taurus.

Friday, October 22nd: Moon in Taurus goes void-of-course at 1:35pm Pacific for the rest of the day! A Taurus Moon is usually romantic on a Friday (day of Venus), but Venus is currently in her detriment in Scorpio making everyone sensitive and power driven. You can deeply connect with someone special right now, but where it leads is uncertain. Sun enters Scorpio at 9:51pm, officially ushering in Halloween.

Saturday, October 23rd: Moon in Gemini makes one trine with Saturn in Aquarius in the afternoon. Talk your way through any heaviness that arises. It’s a chatty, social day, so get out, have some fun and let your youthful side out to play.

Sunday, October 24th: Moon in Gemini has three aspects with Mercury, Venus and Neptune. The opposition with Venus means we need to reach out and try to understand where other people are coming from. The square to Neptune ignites our imaginations, but also means we can explore our truths through our personal spiritual beliefs.

Week of July 5th: New Moon in Cancer

We begin this week with a balsamic, fallow Moon, building towards a New Moon at 18 Cancer on Friday. The eclipses are behind us, and it’s interesting to notice where our lives and attitudes have changed over the last month. Leading up to this New Moon on Friday, we have an opportunity to release things that don’t fit into our new, emotional way of being (i.e. Sun in Cancer).

We just came through some volatile aspects last weekend. There was a fixed T-square: Mars in Leo and Saturn in Aquarius opposing each other, and Uranus in Taurus in the middle squaring both. It brought anger, struggles with authority, ego deflation, sudden surprises and urgent need for change. These influences will be with us for several more days. If we’ve been stuck in power struggles with someone, it is plainly obvious this week.

You can use this energy by giving positive attention to sexuality and ambition. Uranus, forming the square, wants you to focus on the future. How can you make your path easier? Where can you integrate new technology into your life to better support and grow your aspirations?

Underneath everything, we have the retrogrades of Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune and Pluto. That’s a lot of backwards motion. Perhaps you feel no progress is being made these days. If you feel stuck, lost in life, that you’ve been backsliding, things aren’t moving fast enough, or just irrational fears, it could all be exacerbated by these retrogrades. Saturn and Pluto can bring up helplessness, karma, issues with time, sacrifice and depletion; but their retrogrades bring long term stability. You just have to stay in the present and go with the flow.

Monday, July 5th: Moon void-of-course in Taurus at 10am Pacific, then into Gemini at 6:24pm. It’s an unstable way to start the week. Anything can come up during a void moon, and this is a longish one. Focus on matters at hand. Sun sextile Uranus is exact and brings yearning for freedom, independence and new perspective. Let yourself be wild and free. Moon square Jupiter in the evening could bring some tensions between our mind and spirit.

Tuesday, July 6th: Moon in Gemini trines Saturn today, bringing a serious tone to communications. Mercury squares Neptune in the middle of the night, so try and remember your dreams. When we wake up, this square brings confusion to decisions and communications, so be patient, ask questions, listen, and be know everyone else is in the same boat. Capturing your imagination in your work may produce wonderful results.
Also Tuesday, Venus opposition Saturn occurs at 7:36pm Pacific, and can bring a chill to relationships, or a need for personal time. Learn more about your craft; study and practice can bring beautiful results. Perhaps a mentor might teach you something wonderful. But it’s easy to give in to pessimism with this aspect, and miss the potential. Some may feel lonely or dubious about relationships, but it’s wise to avoid big decisions until the weather is more favorable.

Wednesday, July 7th: Moon in Gemini sextiles Mars and squares Neptune in the evening, bringing up echoes from yesterday. The Moon conjuncts the North Node today, so watch for flashes of the future. The Moon is in it’s balsamic phase, preparing for the New Moon coming Friday… Venus trine Chiron today brings lovely opportunities for healing to relationships, or healing through women and art.

Thursday, July 8th: Moon in Cancer makes a whole slew of aspects. Planetary energies are unified in a supportive way for tomorrow’s New Moon. Venus square Uranus is exact today, meaning sudden, unexpected events can impact relationships. It can be a positive or negative influence, just whatever is needed for growth. After so much restriction the urge for adventure, luxury, exciting pleasures, can be strong.

Friday, July 9th: New Moon in Cancer at 6:17pm Pacific. The tarot card for today is the Ace of Cups; we are emotionally reborn. Visit a pool, lake, river, or ocean. The imagination can be stronger than usual with this new moon. Creativity is heightened, and artists and musicians have breakthroughs. Time to start new projects! With the sensitive Cancer Moon, choose your words wisely. Moon in Cancer tends to emphasize home life and family, so enjoy those who move with you through life, including your pets. Also, this is a great date night, just don’t overshare.

Saturday, July 10th: Moon is void-of-course in Cancer all day, until entering Leo at 5:21pm. Walk carefully around people’s feelings. A void Moon in Cancer can be emotionally tricky, so practice restraint. This is a day of healing, rest, reflection and food. Also today, Venus squares Chiron in Aries, which can give creative people firey inspiration.

Sunday, July 11th: Moon in Leo opposes Saturn and squares Uranus, so we are emotionally integrating the events of last week. Also, Mercury enters uncertain, insecure and emotional Cancer for the next three weeks, bringing the need for understanding and meaning to our conversations. The Messenger doesn’t like being bogged down in emotions, so use Mercury in Cancer to access the power of imagination.

*When sperm whales need a nap, they take a deep breath, dive down about 45 feet and arrange themselves into perfectly-level, vertical patterns. They sleep sound and still for up to two hours at a time between breaths, in pods of 5 or 6 whales, presumably for protection. No one knew whales slept vertically until a 2008 study documented the behavior. And no one captured really good photography of it in the wild until 2017. French photographer Stephane Granzotto was documenting sperm whales in the Mediterranean for his book on the creatures when he came across these sleeping whales.

Week of June 7th: New Moon in Gemini

Mars at 26 Cancer (into Leo Friday)
Jupiter at 1 Pisces (strong)
Saturn RETROGRADE at 13 Aquarius (rulership)
Neptune at 23 Pisces (rulership, strong)

We begin this week with a balsamic, fallow Moon, building towards a New Moon Eclipse at 19 Gemini on Thursday. Leading up to this Moon, we have an opportunity to release things that no longer fit into our new way of being. We are in eclipse season, which occurs every six months in a specific sign. It always carries a theme, and since these eclipses are on the Gemini-Sagittarius axis this year, the theme is to let go of old ways of being in order to make way for the fresh and new. These eclipses give us a reality check, and a chance to take personal inventory. They show the neglected, shadow sides of our lives, and point us towards what needs attention.

This weekend we had a cardinal T-square which will be with us for several more days. Pluto in Capricorn opposed Mars in Cancer, and the Aries Moon squared the opposition. This aspect can raise passions and bring up discussions with loved ones about feelings, hopes and fears. If we’re stuck in power struggles with someone, it will become plainly obvious this week.

The undercurrents are the retrogrades of Saturn and Pluto, and the upcoming square of Saturn and Uranus next week. This could add to the tensions between Pluto and Mars, and highlight feelings of no progress. If you’ve been feeling lost in the face of world events, or that you’ve been backsliding, things aren’t moving fast enough, or just irrational fears, it could all be exacerbated by these retrogrades. Saturn and Pluto can bring up helplessness, karma, issues with time, sacrifice and depletion, but it’s always darkest before a new dawn, and we will be receiving a grand, new beginning this week. Sagittarius tells us to have faith.

Monday, June 7th: Moon in Taurus, and Moon conjuncts Uranus. The Moon is exalted here, and it’s also a Monday, so it’s the PERFECT day for Moon Magick. If you want to bring in more creativity or psychic attunement, today is the day for a ritual. Moon bumping into Uranus can bring out your genius as well. Taurus is the sign of sensuality, luxury, indulgence. It’s also a good day for working with animals.

Tuesday, June 8th: Moon into Gemini at 11:47am Pacific. Moon trines Pluto today, along with some lovely sextiles. The Moon is in it’s balsamic phase, preparing for the New Moon coming… Moon square Jupiter in the evening could bring some tensions between our mind and spirit.

Wednesday, June 9th: Moon in Gemini trines Saturn in the afternoon which can bring heavy conversations, based in reality. We have no problem working hard on projects that require mental effort. We are in the sphere of the New Moon in Gemini occurring tomorrow too. The Moon conjuncts the North Node today, so watch for flashes of the future.

Thursday, June 10th: New Moon Solar Eclipse in Gemini in the pre-dawn hours – 3:53am Pacific. There’s a whole slew of aspects too; planetary energies are unified in a lovely, supportive way for this New Moon. The Sun also conjuncts Mercury, which is great for writers and poets. We are drawn to sociability, sharing and TALKING.

Friday, June 11th: Moon Cancer and Mars into Leo! Yay! Mars loves being in a fire sign, and he activates the heart while in Leo. After wandering through uncertain, insecure and emotional Cancer, Mars (and men in general) will be feeling feisty and confident. Support the performing arts.

Saturday, June 12th: Moon in Cancer conjuncts Venus, giving the start of the day a loving, artistic flavor. The Moon interacts with Saturn later on though, and emotions can get heavier. This is a day of healing, rest, reflection and food. With the sensitive Cancer Moon, choose your words wisely. Also today, Venus squares Chiron in Aries, which can give creative people firey inspiration.

Sunday, June 13th: Moon into Leo runs straight into Mars, and suddenly everyone has an opinion or wants to rule the roost. Posturing aside, Venus and the Moon make several lovely aspects with Neptune, Uranus and Saturn, bringing more artistic energy to the day. Channel frustrations into art.

Week of May 10th: New Moon in Taurus

CURRENTLY:
Sun at 20 Taurus
Mercury at 8 Gemini (Mercury in rulership finally!! Do Magick)
Venus at 2 Gemini
Mars at 10 Cancer (Mars in detriment, no Mars Magick)
Jupiter at 29 Aquarius
Saturn at 13 Aquarius (rulership)
Neptune at 22 Pisces (rulership, strong)
Pluto at 26 Capricorn
North Node at 11 Gemini

NOTE: If you’d like these posts delivered straight to your inbox every Sunday evening, feel free to join here, it’s only $1 per post: https://www.patreon.com/LizRose93

We begin this week in the sphere of the New Moon occurring Tuesday. Black Moon Lilith, the Sun, and the Moon, will all join together at 22 Taurus, bringing some witchiness to this new cycle. Black Moon Lilith is our independent streak, our demand for equality, our witchy nature, and our ability to stand alone – especially for justice. This energy blends with Taurus and our need to acquire our own resources. The urge to create and maintain a solid foundation in our lives is strong. We need to be self sufficient, so we can stand up for personal justice and advocate for ourselves. Remember that with Taurus, beauty and nature heal the soul.

Venus and Jupiter are squaring each other now, and it will continue this week. Then on Thursday (gasp) Jupiter enters PISCES!!! Yay!! This is such an excellent transit, since Jupiter LOVES being in Pisces. Pisces Sun and/or Rising people are about to have a fantastic two years. Jupiter will expand our spiritual connections, intuitiveness, artistry, creativity, and musical inclinations. On the negative side, it can also increase our desire for alcohol, drugs, shopping, TV, sugar and sex. With Jupiter these things can turn into addictions and escapism very easily, so stay moderate.

The main thing to keep in mind, is that we are in Spring. We are flowering, just as the plants around us. What is your unique offering, your unique gift, that you can share with your community? Now is the time to identify it and nurture it, as it comes into manifestation around the Summer Solstice, June 20th. We each say “I am who I am”, and come in to full self love and acceptance. This is represented by Chiron (the Wounded Healer) moving through Aries for four more years. We just ARE who we ARE, and we don’t need to edit ourselves for anyone.

Monday, May 10th: Moon in Taurus, and Moon conjuncts Uranus. Wherever Taurus falls in your chart is going to be very active today and this week. If you want a short reading on how this will effect you, go ahead and book one with me. Watch for stubborness; instead slow down like the Taurus bull and take it a step at a time. Practice patience.

Tuesday, May 11th: New Moon in Taurus at exactly noon on the West Coast. The Moon is exalted here, so we’re feeling more grounded then usual, and can make progress in relationships. Go for a walk outside and smell some roses. Taurus is the sign of sensuality, luxury, indulgence, and places where you feel at home. Indulge in feeling comfortable. Mars sextiles Uranus, which can clear the air in stagnant situations. Be careful though, people will be stubborn.

Wednesday, May 12th: Moon in Gemini meets up with Venus, the planet of Love. If you have any unresolved discussions, today is the day to clear things up. Also, Mercury trines Saturn over in Aquarius, allowing us to think clearly and discipline our minds. Writers and poets will find great inspiration with this aspect for the next several days. We have no problem working hard on projects that require mental effort.

Thursday, May 13th: Moon in Gemini, and Sun sextiles Jupiter. We are drawn to sociability, sharing and TALKING, and the Sun and Jupiter keep our focus on the big picture. The air is alive with optimism and success. And then, Jupiter enters Pisces at 3:36pm Pacific! All around great vibe today, and Magick for wealth, justice and joy is successful. Burn a blue candle.

Friday, May 14th: Moon VOC in Gemini ALL DAY, then into Cancer at 6:30pm Pacific. When the Moon is void-of-course, avoid risks or goiing outside the norm. Just focus on what’s in front of you and plans that are already agreed upon. With a Gemini void Moon, it’s a great time to practice creativity in writing or speaking.

Saturday, May 15th: Moon in Cancer and Mars semi-sextile Saturn. Perfect for working around the home, getting organized, or taking on some hard work. With the sensitive Cancer Moon, choose your words wisely.

Sunday, May 16th: Moon in Cancer. Home projects continue. Moon trine Neptune in the evening brings a desire to escape into movies, video games, OR a good book.

We begin this week with today’s New Moon at 22 Aries! We are reanimating ourselves, and hitting the reset button on our ambitions. It’s an exciting time, because each of us is seeing new options in our lives. If there is something you want to grow this year, “plant the seed” and start it NOW! We are rebirthed when the Sun is in Aries, and this week in particular, we will see some solutions to all of the problems we encountered last year. This week the Moon is waxing (growing bigger) each day and the Sun moves through the last degrees of Aries, entering Taurus next Monday, April 19th.

Also this coming week, Venus, the Sun and Mercury each square Pluto. There is an old structure in your life that is about to change or evolve; something you thought would NEVER change. Maybe it’s your job, or city, or attitude about life… it is shifting and you can feel it change this week. Venus (Love and trust) squared Pluto (evolution) today, evolving our vulnerability with other people. Maybe we have better internal boundaries, or are taking better care of our hearts.

NOTE: Pluto is currently at 26 Capricorn, but the “Pluto return” for the United States is 27 Capricorn. This means Pluto is ONE DEGREE from the exact Pluto return of the U.S. What this means is all of the twisted, toxic energy in the US is coming up to be purged – racism, political power struggles, white supremacy, sexism, faschism, wealth disparity, guns… it’s all coming to be RELEASED and healed in the next few years. The US’s exact Pluto return is next February, 2022.

Monday, April 12th: Moon into Taurus, and Ramadan begins. The week after a New Moon gives us fresh energy, and a feeling of rebirth. Watch for stubborness; instead slow down like the Taurus bull and take it a step at a time. Practice patience.

Tuesday, April 13th: Moon in Taurus. The Moon is exalted here, so we’re feeling grounded and emotionally centered today. We might be drawn to indulgence of the senses too, which is a great use of this energy. Sun sextiles Mars, which syncs up the Ego and the Drive in each of us. This is an invigorating aspect that can bring up our irritations, so stay away from arguments.

Wednesday, April 14th: Moon in Taurus, AND Venus into Taurus! Venus is the planet of Love, and in Taurus she enters her rulership. This makes the next few weeks a powerful time for self expression, love, art, nature, women and relationships. Slow way down and savor all sensations. Spend time with your lover, or go out and get one.

Thursday, April 15th: Moon in Gemini, and Sun sextiles Jupiter. We are drawn to sociability, sharing and TALKING, and the Sun and Jupiter keep our focus on the big picture. The air is alive with optimism and success.

Friday, April 16th: Moon in Gemini, and Sun squares Pluto. This aspect can take off our mask, OR bring someone else’s secret to light. There’s an element of seriousness to today’s activities. Pay attention. It’s an evolution of the Soul today, and we find there are certain directions we can’t move towards, no matter how comfortable and familiar the path.

Saturday, April 17th: Moon in Gemini, into Cancer at 1:25pm Pacific. There is a TON of aspects today – ten to be exact. There will be a LOT of energy flying around, so go slow and let things unfold. Real clarity on today’s issues won’t come for a couple of days. Mercury square Pluto is one of the bigger aspects which can bring cathartic conversations and a real clearing of the air. With the sensitive Cancer Moon, choose your words wisely.

Sunday, April 18th: Moon in Cancer, and another flurry of aspects. There’s five more – including Mercury cazimi (disappearing) into the fires of the Sun. Communications might suffer from ego wars – so watch for that. Also Mars sextile Pluto which syncs up our Drive with our current Evolution.

Week of March 15th: SPRING EQUINOX

CURRENTLY:
Sun at 26 Pisces
Mercury at 0 Pisces
Venus at 23 Pisces (exalted!)
Mars at 7 Gemini
Jupiter at 20 Aquarius
Saturn at 10 Aquarius (rulership)
Neptune at 20 Pisces (rulership, strong)

We begin this week basking in the glow of the lovely Pisces New Moon last Saturday; an uplifting, spiritual and artistic event. We have a fresh start in the realms of music, love, creativity and spiritual connection. This week, the Moon is waxing (growing bigger) each day. Mercury is about to join Neptune, Venus, and the Sun in Pisces, leaving Jupiter and Saturn to soar the airy heights of Aquarius. We’ve spent the last month in Pisces, and we have a new vision of ourselves.

Spring begins on Saturday with the Sun’s entrance into Aries! There’s been a wonderful series of aspects over the past couple of weeks. The only tension is the continuing Saturn square Uranus, which encourages each of us to stabilize our lives so we can progress into the future. This push and pull will take all year to sort out, so embrace the things in life that nurture and revitalize you.

Last Saturday’s Venus conjunct Neptune is with us through the week. It’s a yearly conjunction between the lower and higher vibrations of love. This energy blends with the Sun moving through the last degrees of Pisces – enhancing reflection, artistic expression, and spiritual love. If you’re a musician, artist, filmmaker or writer, make use of this energy over the next few days. Intuitive, psychic and mystical revelations are within our grasp.

Monday, March 15th: Moon in Aries, Mercury into Pisces, and the Sun in the last degrees of Pisces. The week after a New Moon gives us fresh energy, and a feeling of rebirth. Moon in Aries means people (including us) won’t be patient, or listen well. Entertain the idea of patience, and let other people do the “acting out”.

Tuesday, March 16th: Moon in Taurus. The Moon is exalted here, so clarity can arrive regarding emotional troubles. Energy slows down as we move through the day, and authority figures become more stern and stubborn.

Wednesday, March 17th: Moon in Taurus. Slow way down and savor all sensations. No real aspects today, so enjoy the Moon in this pleasurable place. Awakening the five senses is highlighted; take a walk in nature or spend time with animals.

Thursday, March 18th: Moon in Taurus, and Mercury enters Pisces. Our minds get confused in the water’s currents, so turn to mysticism, intuition, and connection with the divine. Mercury is in his detriment here, so no mercurial Magick for the next few weeks.

Friday, March 19th: Moon in Gemini. Moon conjuncts Mars and trines Saturn, bringing an element of seriousness to today’s activities. We will all just want to talk and socialize though. Mind the details.

Saturday, March 20th: Moon in Gemini. SPRING EQUINOX: The Sun enters Aries at 2:27pm Pacific. We begin a new astrological year! It’s the start of everything; today is the TRUE New Year. Think about what you’d like to “grow” this year – either spiritual, material, emotional or mental. If you plant a seed, or start a new habit, it will continue to grow until you reap the results this Fall.

Sunday, March 21st: Moon in Cancer, and Venus into Aries. Venus enters Aries at 7:16am, starting a new cycle around the zodiac. Mars also trines Saturn, making this a great week to focus, get disciplined and put in the hard work. Need to exercise? Eat better? Meditate? This aspect can help you start a new habit. Moon in Cancer and Venus in Aries inspire you to decorate your house.

Welcome to the Year of the Ox! It’s a year of working hard and reestablishing ourselves. This week, the Moon is waxing (growing bigger) each day. We had a fresh start last Thursday with the New Moon in Aquarius, which represents independence, genius, science and intelligence. We still have a stellium of planets (five) in Aquarius until the Sun moves into Pisces this Thursday! We’ve spent the last month in Aquarius, and we’re hopefully committed to a new view of the world.

The main aspects of 2021 come into focus this week. The first square between Saturn in Aquarius and Uranus in Taurus is exact this Wednesday. Expect tension between the old guard and a new, progressive vision for the world. Surprises and shocking events can arise suddenly. Uranus in Taurus shakes up our values and resources, causing us to rethink how we make money or handle family issues.

If you have any planets near 7 degrees Taurus, Leo, Scorpio or Aquarius, they will be massively activated this week. I can look this up for you with an astrology reading, which you can book here.

Monday, February 15th: Moon in Aries, and Sun in the last degrees of Aquarius. Fresh energy and a feeling of rebirth. Moon in Aries means the people (including us) won’t be patient, or listen well. Drive cautiously. Hopefully we’ve found a clearer path forward over the last month with the Sun in Aquarius. We can now envision a new life plan.

Tuesday, February 16th: Moon in Aries, moving into Taurus at 7:12pm Pacific. MARDI GRAS. Energy slows down as we move through the day, and authority figures become more stern and stubborn. However, awakening the five senses is highlighted! Take a walk in nature or spend time with animals.

Wednesday, February 17th: Moon in Taurus. Saturn square Uranus is exact at 7 degrees. Try moderation in all activities, and avoid extreme thinking today. The need here is to choose the new way forward in life, and putting all your energy towards it. Anyone longing for how things used to be will remain stuck.

Thursday, February 18th: Moon in Taurus, and the Sun enters Pisces in the pre-dawn hours. We start a new zodiacal season, and the focus turns towards spirituality, music, the sea, intuition, and connection with the divine. With the Moon in Taurus, we are more likely to indulge in sensual delights. The Moon conjuncts Mars which can bring frustration or anger issues. Hold your boundaries.

Friday, February 19th: Moon in Gemini, Venus square Mars. Good day for romance, fun, and play for lovers. Mercury is stopped and ready to turn Direct tomorrow, so take all promises with a grain of salt. Remain in the present.

Saturday, February 20th: Moon in Gemini and Mercury DIRECT! The Moon makes three lovely trines today too, so it’s a feel-good day. Chatty and social, but hold off on important conversations for another week or so.

Sunday, February 21st: Moon VOC in Gemini, and into Cancer at 7:53pm Pacific. We might feel like staying in and working around the house today.

The Moon is waxing and growing bigger each day. We had a fresh start last Wednesday with the New Moon in Capricorn, which represents ambition, discipline and commitment. There’s a lot of intensity right now, since this New Moon saw the Sun (our Soul’s Light) and Moon (emotions) cross the dark lord Pluto (reformation) last week. This is the area of the sky that influenced the massive changes in 2020. When the Sun crosses this point, it puts our souls in alignment with the upheaval from last year, so we can find our forward path.

The Sun goes into Aquarius this Tuesday, and conjuncts Saturn right away. This brings a serious tone to the month ahead. This week we explore prioritizing ourselves before other people. Commit to what works best for you.

Uranus (new, different approaches) is still stationary Direct at 6 Taurus (resources, money), which means surprises and shocking events can arise suddenly. With Uranus we step outside of the normal, and outside of ourselves, to get a bigger view of the world. Uranus helps us individuate, and to express our genius. Uranus in Taurus shakes up our values, and helps us to release what doesn’t work for us anymore. It can also shake up our resources, causing us to rethink how we make money. Maybe a new career is in order.

Mars at 4 Taurus is creeping towards a conjunction with Uranus on Wednesday’s Inauguration Day. These two powerhouses, joined together, increases the potential for rebellion and violence. I’m glad measures have been taken to protect people. If you have any planets near 6 degrees Taurus, Leo, Scorpio or Aquarius, they will be massively activated this week. I can look this up for you with an astrology reading, which you can book here.

Jupiter at 6 Aquarius will be in a perfect square to Uranus at 6 Taurus for several weeks. We shake up our value system and elevate our social circle at the same time. We could all experience higher self esteem from this aspect, which opens us to self love. Taurus is the sign of Love. The last time this happened was June 2010, so you can get an idea of how this aspect will effect you if you look back to that time.

Monday, January 18th: Moon in Aries, and Sun in the last degrees of Capricorn. We are doing a deeper integration of the huge changes from last year. We have achieved a new grounding, and the path forward is (hopefully) clearer. We walk forward with a new structure and begin to envision a new life plan. Watch out for head strong behavior and forcing solutions. Courageous, empowered day.

Tuesday, January 19th: Moon in Aries and Sun enters Aquarius! Fresh energy today and a feeling of rebirth. Saturn near the Sun asks us to work hard and commit to our plans. Moon in Aries means the people around us won’t be patient, or listen well, so do you. Drive cautiously.

Wednesday, January 20th: Moon void-of-course in Aries, then into Taurus at 10:56am Pacific. Sun at 0 Aquarius. We start a new zodiacal season, and the focus turns towards the future and our social circles. Mars in exact conjunction with Uranus at 6 Taurus. Stay home if you can because this is a volatile day. This aspect often brings violence or sudden uprisings. The best use of this energy is setting boundaries where needed.

Thursday, January 21st: Moon in Taurus. Things slow waaaay down and we indulge in sensual delights. We become aware of our personal levels of self esteem and self love. Do you love yourself? Truly? Treating yourself like a precious jewel will make you strong. Moon conjuncts Mars and Uranus, connecting us emotionally to yesterday’s events.

Friday, January 22nd: Moon in Taurus, then void at 1:28pm Pacific. No big moves, purchases or agreements after 1:28pm. Be cautious and practice restraint. Otherwise a slow, quiet day. Any activity that awakens the five senses is highlighted. We look at where we need to be and what we need to do with our time. Where’s the best place for you right now, and who is the best company?

Saturday, January 23rd: Moon in Gemini all day. Chatty and social. Mars squares Jupiter asking us to turn a corner regarding our courage, identity, truth or boundaries. Moon trines Saturn, then Jupiter, bringing communication or insight to your future. Sun conjunct Saturn in Aquarius can bring responsibility and work to our evening.

Sunday, January 24th: Moon in Gemini. Sun conjunct Saturn is still in effect so there might be some heaviness. Try to stay chatty, with a day full of socializing and online games.
