The Full Moon occurred tonight (Sunday) around 9pm PST at 7° Aries. It’s poised near Saturn, which is glowing gold nearby. It falls in the nakshatra called “Ashwini” which is symbolized by the power and speed of a horse. It energizes us and gets things moving. This Moon brings peak experiences in vitality, courage, and new beginnings. We want to clear the air and make new decisions. It’s a time of accepting endings, and nurturing new beginnings.

This Moon tonight is complicated because Mercury is currently retrograde in Libra, and nearby Venus has disappeared into the fires of the Sun (combust). It’s the beginning of a new Venus cycle, and symbolizes a deep purification of everything related to Venus – values, relationships, boundaries, comfort, friendships, art and creativity.
