It’s a week of examining our beliefs and inner truths. The Full Moon rises on Wednesday with an ECLIPSE at 5 Sagittarius. The Full Moon eclipse in Sagittarius sheds light on the inner truths we depend on. It’s a time of reconnecting with your Soul, and updating the story of your life – as well as your inner voice. Sagittarius is optimistic, and wants to explore, expand, philosophize, and tell the truth.

We are currently harvesting what we began last December, when the Sun was in Sagittarius. The energies of this Eclipse will unfold over the week ahead as well as the next six months. We will have peak experiences with our belief systems, ambitions, life perspective and personal story. There’s a strong urge to have a better life. Our relationship with ourself is mirrored in our relationships with other people, so be aware if you’re projecting authority, criticism or appreciation outside of yourself. Remember, finding peace and fullfilment is an inside job. Practice some self validation.

Saturn is standing still in the sky for a couple weeks, going stationary retrograde today. This make things appear less stable then they actually are, and brings worries about our security. Resist those fears, and focus on restructuring your life instead. With Pluto and Saturn basically standing still in the sky, we can experience a big reality check right now. A new path might open up in your life that feels unavoidable… changes that feel forced upon you. If this is the case, do your research, consult with friends, and go with the flow. Everything will turn out fine. Use the energy for healing and restructuring instead.

Saturn has been in the 13th degree of Aquarius since April 18. It will finally leave that degree on June 18th. Meanwhile Pluto, which usually moves about a degree a month, has been stuck at 23 Capricorn since Feb 28, and will be there until June 29. For some there will be a feeling that nothing is moving forward, that progress has become impossible. The sense of time dragging out, or running out, may afflict us. But this is also a rare opportunity for healing, for learning, for meditation, and for building strong foundations for the future.

Monday, May 24th: Moon in Scorpio. Avoid socially awkward situations because the truth will be spoken. Let go of “do or die” mentality. Watch for power struggles and set boundaries where needed. Today is a day of soul searching.

Tuesday, May 25th: Moon void in Scorpio at 2:20pm, then into Sagittarius at 7:39pm Pacific. The mood lightens dramatically, although there is an intensity since we are in the orb of the eclipse tomorrow. Follow previously agreed upon plans during a void moon. It’s also a great time for creative exploration.

Wednesday, May 26th: Full Moon in Sagittarius at 4:14pm Pacific. It’s an adventurous moon! Get outside and try something outside your comfort zone. Revisit your goals and update your plan to achieve them. Past lessons and/or flashes of the future could appear with the Moon conjunct the South Node, so watch for markers and insights.

Thursday, May 27th: Moon void in Sagittarius at 10:35am, then into Capricorn at 7:23pm. This is a very long void period! Venus square Neptune today as well. Brings dreamy, romantic and artistic inspiration, but also the tendency towards overindulgence. Practice moderation in general his week, and try to remain aware of delusion.

Friday, May 28th: Moon into Capricorn at 9:15am Pacific. Mercury conjunct Venus today, which helps us vocalize our desires and feelings. Negotiations and diplomacy are highlighted, along with communication, creative work, and romance. The Moon in Capricorn (Binah) helps bring a new understanding.

Saturday, May 29th: Moon void-of-course in Capricorn at 3:15pm, then into Aquarius at 9:00pm Pacific. Moon in Capricorn and Aquarius on a Saturday is great for saturnian Magick, i.e. discipline, structure and committment. Moon makes a couple of trines today with Uranus and the Sun in Taurus, which can bring pleasant surprises. Mercury also turns retrograde today, which brings the usual delays. Mercury’s station brings a long duration to Mercury square Neptune – now influencing us until June 16th! All of our illusions about the people in our lives, as well as the stories we tell ourselves, are being purged in order to make way for a new path.

Sunday, May 30th: Moon in Aquarius. There’s some lovely aspects today involving Venus, Mercury and Pluto. They will enhance communications and creativity, so enjoy the great vibe. Our minds and feelings will clarify our direction. With Saturn in the mix we can have real heart to heart communications with loved ones. Have a deep conversation. Get to the core of what matters most to you now.

Beatrice Wood, the original Rose from Titanic

What an amazing lady.

Beatrice Wood, age 105. When asked the secret of her longevity, she would simply say “art books, chocolates and young men”.

((( ❤ ))){wink} * adding: dancing barefoot, drinking lemonade from a mason jar, and making music.

Beatrice Wood was an American artist and studio potter, who late in life was dubbed the “Mama of Dada,” and served as inspiration for the character of Rose DeWitt Bukater in James Cameron’s 1997 film, Titanic.

Born: March 3, 1893, San Francisco
Died: March 12, 1998

“In 1947, Beatrice Wood felt her career was established enough for her to build a home. She settled in Ojai, California in 1948 to be near the Indian philosopher J. Krishnamurti. She became a lifelong member of the Theosophical Society—Adyar. These associations greatly influenced her artistic philosophies. She also taught and lived on the same land as the Happy Valley School, now known as Besant Hill School.”

“At the age of 90, Wood became a writer, having been encouraged to write by her friend Anais Nin, a French writer. Her best-known book is her autobiography, I Shock Myself (1985). When asked the secret to her longevity, she responded, “I owe it all to art books, chocolates, and young men.”

This week the Moon is waxing (growing bigger) each day and the Sun moves through the last degrees of Taurus, entering Gemini on Thursday, May 20th.

So many great placements right now! Jupiter has moved into Pisces! The King has entered his underwater castle – the realm of dreams, inspiration, music, and spiritual connection. The luck, wealth, optimism and philanthropy of Jupiter flows easily to us for the next month or so. In June he goes retrograde back into Aquarius for the rest of the year, then permanently into Pisces for all of 2022. For now, he is SO happy in his watery kingdom.

Mercury the messenger is now in his traditional airy home of Gemini!
Business, negotiation, communication, commerce, education are all highlighted right now. Mercury also rules the occult, so we can make progress in our studies. Mercury is lightning swift right now, so if you need some clarity, now is the time to ask him for a clear mind. A very simple spell is to put your intention on a yellow candle, and burn it on Wednesday. Watch for messages and revelations, because he is talking to each of us.

Saturn (discipline, responsibility) hangs over this week. The planet of Karma is stopped in the sky and turning retrograde next Sunday the 23rd. Things could appear less stable when Saturn is retrograde, but remember it’s an illusion. Saturn represents our stability, and brings up themes around structure, time, karma, and authority. Saturn rules Aquarius, so his retrograde here brings up battles between progressive and traditional elements. Aquarius represents our need to evolve on both a collective and personal level. Focus on solidifying the foundations of your life, and then reassess your social life. It’s the perfect time to question our way of living and working.

Monday, May 17th: Moon in Leo, and the Sun trines Pluto. This is a great way to start the week. We are feeling creative, playful, and inspired. Sun trining Pluto means these two planetary heavyweights are working together for your benefit. The evolution of your soul’s growth is getting a boost this week. What direction is the Universe leading you right now? Pluto helps us progress through healing, research, regeneration, and purification. If there’s some old, toxic energy holding you back, this could be the week to release it.

Tuesday, May 18th: Moon in Leo. Venus (in Gemini) sextiles Chiron (in Aries), sending some wonderful vibes towards healing our emotional and spiritual wounds. Women in particular can bring some information and healing you might need to move past inner obstacles. There’s several planets near 11 degrees right now, which means anything in your chart around 11 degrees is getting activated this week. Contact me if you’d like more info at LizRose93@gmail.com.

Wednesday, May 19th: Moon in Leo, then into Virgo at 1:59pm. Venus trines Saturn. When the Moon is in Virgo, it’s time to get organized and get your ducks in a row. Clear the clutter. Venus trines Saturn today, bringing together the two big influences this week. Love, art and tact combine with hard work, concentration and authority. Make an effort to speak nicely and take other people’s interests into account. Venus responds well to politeness. Creative people want to work hard, and lovers want to commit. Follow the advice of women.

Thursday, May 20th: Moon in Virgo, and Sun into Gemini at 12:37pm Pacific. Yay Gemini! The building influence over the virus means some of us can safely socialize more. Gemini season is the month to talk, write, play, socialize and travel. If you have studies or writing to do, now is the time!

Friday, May 21st: Moon in Virgo, and into Libra at 6:35pm. Moon in Libra is the PERFECT time for going out and mixing with like-minded people. It’s a great date night. Sun squares Jupiter today, which can bring the resolution of tensions between our soul’s purpose and our spiritual connection. There’s some work to do to achieve balance. You need to turn a corner. With Jupiter, you generally need to avoid escapism as a way to solve problems. Watch out for spending too much, overeating, or over-confidence. Focus on people and situations that inspire you.

Saturday, May 22nd: Moon in Libra. Mercury squares Neptune in the evening. The focus on balance continues, but tension between Mercury and Neptune can make our minds foggy. This square between our minds and the psychic realm can bring confusion, and an inability to sort out the truth. Just wait until things become more clear. Try not to create stories in your head about your relationships, instead rely on facts. Our imaginations are very active today, so it’s important to avoid speculation and rumination.

Sunday, May 23rd: Moon in Libra, into Scorpio at 8pm Pacific, and Saturn stations retrograde in the middle of night. If a boundary needs to be set, today is the day. Scorpio moon is where we start drawing boundaries to emotionally protect ourselves. Moon in Scorpio squares the outer planets in Aquarius AND opposes Uranus today.

The Star Goddess

Found this fantastic article on the history of the Star Goddess. I learned a lot reading it and thought I’d share it with you!

“Nut was the goddess of the sky and all heavenly bodies, a symbol of protecting the dead when they enter the afterlife. According to the Egyptians, during the day, the heavenly bodies—such as the Sun and Moon—would make their way across her body. Then, at dusk, they would be swallowed, pass through her belly during the night, and be reborn at dawn.[13]

Nut is also the barrier separating the forces of chaos from the ordered cosmos in the world. She was pictured as a woman arched on her toes and fingertips over the Earth; her body portrayed as a star-filled sky. Nut’s fingers and toes were believed to touch the four cardinal points or directions of north, south, east, and west.”

Week of May 10th: New Moon in Taurus

CURRENTLY:
Sun at 20 Taurus
Mercury at 8 Gemini (Mercury in rulership finally!! Do Magick)
Venus at 2 Gemini
Mars at 10 Cancer (Mars in detriment, no Mars Magick)
Jupiter at 29 Aquarius
Saturn at 13 Aquarius (rulership)
Neptune at 22 Pisces (rulership, strong)
Pluto at 26 Capricorn
North Node at 11 Gemini

We begin this week in the sphere of the New Moon occurring Tuesday. Black Moon Lilith, the Sun, and the Moon, will all join together at 22 Taurus, bringing some witchiness to this new cycle. Black Moon Lilith is our independent streak, our demand for equality, our witchy nature, and our ability to stand alone – especially for justice. This energy blends with Taurus and our need to acquire our own resources. The urge to create and maintain a solid foundation in our lives is strong. We need to be self sufficient, so we can stand up for personal justice and advocate for ourselves. Remember that with Taurus, beauty and nature heal the soul.

Venus and Jupiter are squaring each other now, and it will continue this week. Then on Thursday (gasp) Jupiter enters PISCES!!! Yay!! This is such an excellent transit, since Jupiter LOVES being in Pisces. Pisces Sun and/or Rising people are about to have a fantastic two years. Jupiter will expand our spiritual connections, intuitiveness, artistry, creativity, and musical inclinations. On the negative side, it can also increase our desire for alcohol, drugs, shopping, TV, sugar and sex. With Jupiter these things can turn into addictions and escapism very easily, so stay moderate.

The main thing to keep in mind, is that we are in Spring. We are flowering, just as the plants around us. What is your unique offering, your unique gift, that you can share with your community? Now is the time to identify it and nurture it, as it comes into manifestation around the Summer Solstice, June 20th. We each say “I am who I am”, and come in to full self love and acceptance. This is represented by Chiron (the Wounded Healer) moving through Aries for four more years. We just ARE who we ARE, and we don’t need to edit ourselves for anyone.

Monday, May 10th: Moon in Taurus, and Moon conjuncts Uranus. Wherever Taurus falls in your chart is going to be very active today and this week. If you want a short reading on how this will effect you, go ahead and book one with me. Watch for stubborness; instead slow down like the Taurus bull and take it a step at a time. Practice patience.

Tuesday, May 11th: New Moon in Taurus at exactly noon on the West Coast. The Moon is exalted here, so we’re feeling more grounded then usual, and can make progress in relationships. Go for a walk outside and smell some roses. Taurus is the sign of sensuality, luxury, indulgence, and places where you feel at home. Indulge in feeling comfortable. Mars sextiles Uranus, which can clear the air in stagnant situations. Be careful though, people will be stubborn.

Wednesday, May 12th: Moon in Gemini meets up with Venus, the planet of Love. If you have any unresolved discussions, today is the day to clear things up. Also, Mercury trines Saturn over in Aquarius, allowing us to think clearly and discipline our minds. Writers and poets will find great inspiration with this aspect for the next several days. We have no problem working hard on projects that require mental effort.

Thursday, May 13th: Moon in Gemini, and Sun sextiles Jupiter. We are drawn to sociability, sharing and TALKING, and the Sun and Jupiter keep our focus on the big picture. The air is alive with optimism and success. And then, Jupiter enters Pisces at 3:36pm Pacific! All around great vibe today, and Magick for wealth, justice and joy is successful. Burn a blue candle.

Friday, May 14th: Moon VOC in Gemini ALL DAY, then into Cancer at 6:30pm Pacific. When the Moon is void-of-course, avoid risks or goiing outside the norm. Just focus on what’s in front of you and plans that are already agreed upon. With a Gemini void Moon, it’s a great time to practice creativity in writing or speaking.

Saturday, May 15th: Moon in Cancer and Mars semi-sextile Saturn. Perfect for working around the home, getting organized, or taking on some hard work. With the sensitive Cancer Moon, choose your words wisely.

Sunday, May 16th: Moon in Cancer. Home projects continue. Moon trine Neptune in the evening brings a desire to escape into movies, video games, OR a good book.

“The Secrets of Michelangelo’s “Creation of Adam“

Michelangelo Buonarroti
Creation of Adam
1508-1512
fresco, Sistine Chapel ceiling

God portrayed as a brain! Michelangelo, the artistic genius that painted the Sistine Chapel and numerous other masterpieces, spoke to us through the use of details and shapes. The most famous of these is this painting where God creates Adam. If you look closely, you will see that the outline of God’s robe is identical to the shape of the human brain. This is not a coincidence, it was done on purpose. What was Michelangelo saying to us?

Was he saying God only exists in our brains? Or perhaps our brains are the real God? Our perceptions define our reality? Or that God speaks to us through our minds and creativity? I believe the latter. Since the Church employed Michelangelo for most of his life, he had to be careful about how he shared his insights. Here’s a few articles that explore the use of anatomy in this painting:

“The Secrets of Michelangelo’s “Creation of Adam“
“In 1990, Frank Lynn Meshberger, M.D proposed that the painting may be hiding an anatomical depiction of the human brain, and that the depicted God is superimposed on the emotional side of the brain, the limbic system. Michelangelo Buonarotti was known for believing in the creative power of his mind, attributing his success to this power and developing it continuously over the course of his life. He famously stated that divine guidance came through the intellect, as it was the gift of God.

His painting shows the spark of life is being transferred from God to Adam, as Meshberger theorizes, he is being endowed with the creative power Michelangelo dedicated his life to nurturing. God’s right arm reaches out to Adam through the prefrontal cortex, the area of the brain that deals with creativity.

Thus, he concluded that the hidden message within genius Michelangelo’s painting is that God is bestowing Adam with the gift of the intellect and that it is by using this great gift that man may reach his highest potential and bring all things his mind develops into creation.”

Neurologists Discover Michelangelo’s Paintings Of God With A Brain
“Suk and Tamargo present very convincing evidence that, though the brain and brain stem are camouflaged, Michelangelo was really attempting to teach – first by alluding to God using his brain to create Adam and then, a year later, to include the brain stem so obviously in the Separation of Light and Darkness. Was Michelangelo suggesting that it is the brain that separates light from darkness?

The Concealed Neuroanatomy in Michelangelo’s Separation of Light From Darkness in the Sistine Chapel,  published in Neurosurgery is fascinating if you are interested in the history of art, the history of science, and/or the history of the Church.”

Meaning of it All
“The Creation of Adam was painted on the Sistine Chapel ceiling for Pope Julius II by the Renaissance master Michelangelo. Instantly recognizable today, God’s outstretched arm reaches toward Adam, about to fill him with life. An extensive restoration effort in the 1980s led to a renewed interest by scholars in deciphering both the meaning of the ceiling as a whole and the individual significance of this moment. In 1990, Frank Meshberger, MD, proposed that Michelangelo (known to have had an interest in anatomy and to have performed human dissections) deliberately painted God’s cloak to resemble a human brain in profile. Dr. Meshberger argued that Michelangelo was intending to convey through this imagery that God was about to give Adam humankind’s most valuable trait: intelligence.”

We are in the dark of the Moon this week, so just take it easy and rest. This is a week of wrapping things up and finishing projects, so we can prepare for the rebirth of the New Moon. The Moon is waning until Tuesday, May 11th, when we have a New Moon in Taurus.

The Sun in Taurus brings our attention to our resources, Mars in Cancer directs our attention to our homes and personal world, and Venus in Taurus delights in Spring. Since it’s a waning Moon this week, your energies are best used for purging old belongings, wrapping up loose ends, paying off debts and clearing the clutter. Update your life and make room for the wonderful energies flowing towards you.

Pluto is still stationary retrograde, asking us to review and release anything that stands in the way of our personal evolution. Saturn will be slowing down this month and going stationary retrograde on May 23rd – asking us to review the structures of our lives. With both of these planets standing still, their energies are greatly concentrated, and will impact the astrology of May. We are going over old ground.

Monday, May 3rd: Moon in Aquarius, and Mercury into Gemini! Today is intense. This is the best communication/negotiation day of the week. However, today is really about tense aspects; four squares and the Moon conjuncting Saturn. The most powerful aspect is the Sun square Saturn. Aknowledge your limits, and discipline your days to focus on your purpose. Battles with authority can happen today.

Tuesday, May 4th: Moon in Aquarius going into Pisces at 7:09pm. Moon square Venus can bring more stand offs today, but everything cheers up in the evening with the Moon conjuncting Jupiter. Your horizons are expanded! Follow your instincts and practice self love.

Wednesday, May 5th: Moon in Pisces. Embrace solitude. Moon trine Mars today can make us industrious. Use your instincts when dealing with people. Take time for yourself and focus on your spiritual practice. Moon sextile Uranus in the afternoon could bring some surprises.

Thursday, May 6th: Moon in Pisces brings out music and creativity. Venus trine Pluto brings endings AND/OR new beginnings to all of our relationships. This is a powerful aspect which brings intensity and deep connection between people, and transformative creativity.

Friday, May 7th: Moon in Aries. The Moon makes three lovely sextiles today – including Venus – which brings a friendly, creative vibe to the day. Today is a true relief after the major shifts this week. Be careful of head strong behavior and selfishness.

Saturday, May 8th: Moon in Aries and Venus into Gemini. Venus square Jupiter is exact in the early morning, enhancing sociability. A square brings challenges though, so look out for over indulgence and over spending. Pursue happiness and creative activities.

Sunday, May 9th: Moon in Aries, into Taurus at 4:36pm Pacific. The Moon, Uranus, the Sun and Venus hang out together in a delightful pile up in Taurus, as we prepare for the New Moon on Tuesday!

May Day

beltane
Between the Realms

On Beltane Eve, the Queen of the Faery rides out of the mist to entice you away to the Otherworld…

“Beltane, like Samhain, is a time of ‘no time’ when the veils between the two worlds are at their thinnest. No time is when the two worlds intermingle and unite and the magic abounds! It is the time when the Faeries return from their winter respite, carefree and full of faery mischief and faery delight. On the night before Beltane, in times past, folks would place rowan branches at their windows and doors for protection, many otherworldly occurrences could transpire during this time of ‘no time’.

Traditionally on the Isle of Man, the youngest member of the family gathers primroses on the eve before Beltane and throws the flowers at the door of the home for protection. In Ireland it is believed that food left over from May Eve must not be eaten, but rather buried or left as an offering to the faery instead. Much like the tradition of leaving of whatever is not harvested from the fields on Samhain, food on the time of no time is treated with great care.

When the veils are so thin it is an extremely magical time, it is said that the Queen of the Faeries rides out on her white horse. Roving about on Beltane eve, She will try to entice people away to the Faeryland. Legend has it that if you sit beneath a tree on Beltane night, you may see the Faery Queen or hear the sound of Her horse’s bells as She rides through the night. Legend says if you hide your face, She will pass you by but if you look at Her, She may choose you.

There is a Scottish ballad called Thomas the Rhymer, in which Thomas chooses to go the Faeryland with the Queen and has not been seen since. Beltane has been an auspicious time throughout Celtic lore, it is said that the Tuatha de Danaan landed in north-west Connacht on Beltane. The Tuatha de Danaan, it is said, came from the North through the air in a mist to Ireland. After the invasion by the Milesians, the Tuatha faded into the Otherworld, the Sidhe, Tir na nOg.”

It’s a week of getting real. We start the week with the intensity of the Full Moon in Scorpio, AND one of Scorpio’s rulers, Pluto, stationing retrograde. The full Moon in Scorpio can reveal secrets, clear the air, bring a dose of truth, and reawaken passions. It’s a time of reconnecting with your Soul and why you’ve incarnated on the planet at this time. Scorpio reveals mysteries and tells the truth.

We are currently harvesting what we began last November, when the Sun was in Scorpio. The energies of this Full Moon will unfold over the week ahead, and the next six months. We will have peak experiences with passion, personal evolution, sexuality, and occult philosophies. Our relationship with ourself is mirrored in our relationships with other people, so be aware if you’re projecting authority, criticism or appreciation outside of yourself. Remember, finding peace and fullfilment is an inside job, you can’t find it outside of yourself. Practice some self validation.

On the other side of the sky, the Sun moves through Taurus, soon to catch up with Uranus. With Taurus, we build our passions into something tangible and real. Taurus asks us to show up, consolidate our resources, and create sustainable structures in our lives. With Uranus there, we can try different approaches. Taurus is physical beauty – the loveliness of Spring and unfolding of flowers. What’s the state of your health and your body right now?

All the planets have been moving Direct for several weeks, but Pluto is changing direction on Tuesday. It’s a good week for caution, because Pluto is a higher vibration of Mars and can bring volatility. If a part of your life has been neglected for awhile, Pluto stationing can create a crisis or breakdown. Use the energy for healing and restructuring instead.

Both Taurus and Pluto contain treasures and gold, but these are riches that can only be found by going within. What is your gold? What makes you valuable? We can go within and find it this week.

Monday, April 26th: Full Moon in Scorpio 8:32pm Pacific. Definitely stay out of trouble today. People can be quick to anger, especially with Pluto standing still overhead. NOT a good day for risk taking. Don’t go to protests or be in situations that can get out of hand. Watch for power struggles.

Tuesday, April 27th: Full Moon in Scorpio in strong effect, so avoid social complications. Conversely, it’s also a good time to set boundaries (calmly). Pluto stations retrograde around 1pm Pacific, adding to the intensity and “do or die” attitude. We take stock of our lives, identify what needs attention and reform, and begin a plan.

Wednesday, April 28th: Moon moves into Sagittarius at 8:42am Pacific. Today is for rebirthing and transformation. Pluto stationing overhead is very present and could feel heavy, despite the adventurous moon.

Thursday, April 29th: Moon in Sagittarius, plus some wonderful sextiles. The mood finally lightens from the intensity and soul searching of the full Moon. Revisit your goals and update your plan to achieve them. Past lessons and flashes of the future could appear with the Moon conjunct the South Node, so watch for markers and insights.

Friday, April 30th: Moon into Capricorn at 9:15am Pacific. Sun conjunct Uranus brings breakthroughs, revolution and the desire for freedom. Be open to revelations about your life and sudden surprises. Try a different approach to places where you’re blocked and accept invitations for adventures.

Saturday, May 1st: Moon in Capricorn on a Saturday is great for saturnian Magick, i.e. discipline, structure and committment. Moon makes a couple of trines today with Uranus and the Sun in Taurus, which can bring a pleasant activation to the ordeals of last Monday and Tuesday.

Sunday, May 2nd: Moon void-of-course, then into Aquarius at 12:30pm Pacific. There’s some truly lovely aspects today involving Venus, Mercury and Pluto. They will enhance communications and creativity, so enjoy the great vibe. Our minds and feelings will clarify our direction. With Pluto in the mix we can have real heart to heart communications with loved ones. Have a deep conversation. Get to the core of what matters most to you now.

from Anthony Hopkins..

ANTHONY HOPKINS:

′′Let go the people who are not prepared to love you. This is the hardest thing you will have to do in your life and it will also be the most important thing. Stop having hard conversations with people who don’t want change.Stop showing up for people who have no interest in your presence. I know your instinct is to do everything to earn the appreciation of those around you, but it’s a boost that steals your time, energy, mental and physical health.

When you begin to fight for a life with joy, interest and commitment, not everyone will be ready to follow you in this place. This doesn’t mean you need to change what you are, it means you should let go the people who aren’t ready to accompany you.If you are excluded, insulted, forgotten or ignored by the people you give your time to, you don’t do a favor by continuing to offer your energy and your life. The truth is that you are not for everyone and not everyone is for you. That’s what makes it so special when you meet people you have friends with or reciprocated love. You will know how precious you are because you experienced what is not.

The more time you spend trying to make yourself love for someone who is unable to, the more time you waste depriving yourself of the possibility of this connection to someone else.

There are billions of people on this planet and many of them will meet with you at your level of interest and commitment. The more you stay involved with people who use you as a pillow, a background option or a therapist for emotional healing, the longer you stay away from the community you want. Maybe if you stop showing up, you won’t be wanted. Maybe if you stop trying, the relationship will end. Maybe if you stop texting your phone will stay dark for weeks. That doesn’t mean you ruined the relationship, it means the only thing holding back was the energy only you gave to keep it.

This is not love, it’s attachment. It’s wanting to give a chance to those who don’t deserve it You deserve so much, there are people who should not be in your life, you will understand. The most valuable thing you have in your life is your time and energy as both are limited. When you give your time and energy, it will define your existence. When you realize this you begin to understand why you are so anxious when you spend time with people, in activities, places or situations that don’t suit you and shouldn’t be around you,

Your energyis stolen. You will begin to realize that the most important thing you can do for yourself and for everyone around you, is to protect your energy more fiercely than anything else. Make your life a safe haven, in which only ′′ compatible ′′ people are allowed to you.

You are not responsible for saving anyone.
You are not responsible for convincing them to improve.
It’s not your work to exist for people and give your life to them!

Because if you feel bad, if you feel compelled, you will be the root of all your problems at your insistence, fearing that you will not return the favours you have granted. It’s your only obligation to realize that you are the love of your destiny and accept the love you think you deserve. Decide that you deserve true friendship, commitment.” true and complete love with healthy and prosperous people. Then wait and see how much everything begins to change; and change, that’s for sure, with positive and good energy people, don’t waste time with people who are not worth it, change will give you the love, the esteem, happiness and the protection you deserve.
