Today! Monday, May 12th we have a Full Moon in Libra. Romance is in the air. We can have positive conversations and work out agreements with people. The focus is on playing fair and taking everyone’s feelings into account. Work towards win-win situations. This Moon focuses on relationships and reflects the culmination of what’s been building up this Spring.
The Sun in Aries symbolizes the “self” and individuality, and it’s opposite, Libra, represents balance, fairness, relationships, equality and justice. Libra is the sign where we have to deal with other people, so all of our relationships and partnerships will be highlighted this week. It’s a great time to hammer out new, balanced agreements at work too.
The Sun will be in a conjunction with Uranus on this Full Moon too, so expect the unexpected. Literally anything can happen. Self love can be understood on a new level.

We had a Full Moon at 28 Virgo last Saturday. It sparks off a week of organization and assimilation. I view Virgo as the sign of the High Priestess, inspiring us to own our power, and living in our authenticity. With Virgo we get REAL and accept what life has given us. The problem though, is Virgo’s ruler Mercury is currently wallowing in Pisces. He’s unable to express himself there, and his quickness gets watered down with dreams and intuition. So yeah, there may not be a lot of clarity this week. It’s a balance between taking care of business and trusting our intuition.
But the BEST news is that Venus turned DIRECT right after the full moon. This brings a new chapter of love and money into our lives. If things have felt “off” over the past couple of months, we now have a new clarity and direction. Follow the truth you’re finding now, and take a step towards freedom. Last Saturday’s full moon can heal self-doubt and heartbreak, and offers true closure on relationships, ideas, and contracts when it’s for the highest good.
Venus turning Direct and becoming the Morning Star is symbolic of rebellion, and it only occurs once every 18 months. The weeks ahead are when Venus reaches her brightest luminosity, and she will dominate the morning sky.
And as a reminder, ALL the planets are Direct now! You can make real progress with this forward motion. The Moon, however, is squaring almost every planet this week, so emotionally we are running a gauntlet of different relationships and situations.

Friday we had a New Moon at 15° Libra sidereal. It’s a new beginning for our relationships, friendships, and creative pursuits. New Moons turn the page and give us an opportunity to start over and set new intentions. The new lens for this month is a focus on relationships of all kinds. Maybe you need to reconnect with people you haven’t seen in awhile, or maybe you need new friends. You can reset things now and change your focus.
Venus rules the sign of Libra, and unfortunately she’s not in a great position in the sign of Scorpio. In fact, most of the planets are in challenging signs OR retrograde, so now is a time to get organized rather than doing planetary Magick.
Mars and Pluto are in perfect opposition too at 4° Cancer/Capricorn. This means confrontation and potential violence. I don’t want to overly alarm anyone, BUT it’s best right now to turn the other cheek and avoid trouble with other people. This will be happening through the election and for much of November. On the good side, Pluto demands evolution and reformation, so you can rebirth yourself powerfully. Mars opposition to Pluto can move mountains and help you do the impossible, calling upon inexhaustible resources of energy. As an evolutionary planet, Pluto ultimately demands evolution and this may be a key theme over the next four weeks.

We have moved into October, placing us firmly in harvest season! TODAY we have a New Moon Solar Eclipse at 15° Virgo. Mercury is there too, conjunct the Sun at 15° Virgo. This is an exceptionally “Airy” new moon. VENUS turned Direct in Leo this week, just as JUPITER turns backwards in the other direction. Both are stationing over our heads for the next 10 days or so. Friday, June 23rd: Virgo Moon all weekend. ORGANIZE yourself!
This weekend is ideal for organizing, working on projects, and running errands around town. We are moving towards a Mercury square to Neptune on Sunday, which can bring either deception, or creativity.
Mercury and Neptune are opposites, Mercury being analytical and scientific, while Neptune governs the space between worlds, dreams or other spiritual dimensions. Try to blend the two with art, music, creativity and writing. Also meditation, inner reflection and the inner search for truth and meaning in our lives. Also, we are coming up to the first-quarter moon on Tuesday. It’s a time when something demands our attention or we get better clarity about what this lunar month is about.

March 7, 2023: Full Moon at 16 Virgo. The sign of the Virgin, which represents “being whole”, pure, and uncorrupted. It unifies our health and our work, and inspires us to live in integrity. Beware of the obsession with perfection and overthinking.
If you feel overwhelmed by this full moon, go over to the Pisces Sun on the other side of the sky for guidance. Reconnect with your spirituality, faith, and the god of your heart. Reassure yourself that you are exactly where you need to be right now, and cleanse yourself and your home.
Also today, Saturn enters Pisces. This marks a huge change in the undercurrent of our lives and society. Saturn is authority, ambition and power, and represents the institutions in our world, as well as the structures of our lives. Pisces dissolves what it touches, and erodes the stability of Saturn, so Saturn isn’t too happy in Pisces.
The best way to handle this transit is to be aware of the qualities of “sacrifice” and “surrender”. Use them to navigate the realities in your life. There was a New Moon in Virgo on Saturday which continues to unfold this week. We are inspired to clean up our lives and get everything in order. Virgo is ruled by Mercury, the winged messenger of thought and communication. With the Sun in Virgo, our minds are at their peak and we can be decisive. The decisions you make now determine your future path. It’s always lucky to start a week in the darkness of a New Moon, and the promise of a new beginning.
Venus in Leo opposed Saturn in Aquarius on Sunday, and the energy of this aspect continues all week. It means an enormous amount of creative energy could be held back or limited by the expectations of other people. Don’t feel discouraged or negative, just be in the present. Saturn encourages us to be patient with our ideas, and give them time to grow. Practice and simplification are the two things to focus on this week.

Moon sextiles Saturn, so you can make some progress with challenging work or getting chores done. Sagittarian moon wants to play around and explore, so carve out time for adventures.
Sunday,September 4th: Moon in Sagittarius. Also, Venus enters Virgo around 9pm Pacific, which means Venus is officially weakened (in her Fall) for the month of September. This could be a challenging time for women, relationships and art creation. Be present with yourself and stop any self critical, perfectionist thoughts as soon as they show up. On the good side, Venus in Virgo will enhance the Sun’s influence here, increasing our interest in organizing, editing, exercising, studying and writing.
