The Moon has entered her 3rd quarter, and there will be continued developments this week from last Tuesday’s Full Moon in Leo. The New Moon in Pisces is nine days away on Wednesday March 2nd. What does this mean? YOU get to REST this week! Take some time to reflect on how you’d like the upcoming Moon cycle to go. Let go of the past and anything you’ve outgrown. The Fish asks us to let go of boundaries and reality, and merge with the God of our Heart.

Monday, February 21st: Moon in Scorpio trines Jupiter and squares Mercury today. Communications will be deep, intense, and transformative. There are no trivialities today, and our minds think strategically. Healing is favored along with strength, and an unwavering view of our shadow sides. Visit the ocean or hang out by a pool. This Moon brings out the truth, but also makes people sensitive, so avoid social complications. Moon opposing Uranus Monday night may involve surprises or interruptions.

Tuesday, February 22nd: Moon in Scorpio. Watch for power plays or manipulation tactics at work. Don’t get into psychological examinations of other peoples’ behavior – it won’t lead anywhere. Focus instead on healing and rebirthing yourself. A Scorpio Moon on a Tuesday, especially with Mars currently exalted in Capricorn, is FABULOUS for Mars Magick. Rituals that bring the truth or set boundaries are excellent today.

Wednesday, February 23rd: Moon in Sagittarius enters her 4th quarter, and we are in the dark of the Moon. Now is the time for solitude, introspection, and rest. At the same time, the Sagittarian moon makes us expansive and optimistic. Reassess your goals and aim for your highest ideals. Also, Mars sextile Neptune happens – blurring our boundaries and motivations. A sextile brings a positive blending of energies, so taking action towards your dreams can yield excellent results.

Thursday, February 24th: Moon in Sagittarius continues. Mars and Venus are basically conjunct this week, and today form a sextile to Neptune. This is excellent for relationships, and progress can be made in connecting with others. However, Mercury is also square Uranus today, which can bring a craving for independence, sudden events, and misunderstandings. Keep yourself grounded and be alert for revelations.

Friday, February 25th: Moon in Capricorn leads us into a working weekend. Friday is usually date night, but it won’t be a romantic evening unless you’re working with your paramour. From Capricorn, we build our lives from a solid foundation. Where are you right now? The only way forward today is through concentration and hard work.

Saturday, February 26th: Moon in Capricorn, and the mood is serious. Moon in Capricorn, on a Saturday, is GREAT for saturnian Magick, i.e. discipline, structure and commitment. Saturn represents our stability, and brings up themes of structure, time, karma, and authority. 

Sunday, February 27th: Moon conjuncts Pluto in the morning bringing heaviness but moves into Aquarius at 10:33am. We have a nice trine with Mercury in the afternoon which will lighten the mood.

Happy Valentine’s Day! It’s romantic to have a passionate Full Moon in Leo shining for us this week. This Moon enhances creativity, and shines a strong light, allowing us to see NEW things. Also, Wednesday’s Full Moon at 28 Leo is part of a Yod or “finger of God” aspect. There will be a strong sense of clarity. The Yod means there’s something that will demand your attention – something that will need harmonizing. PAY ATTENTION to what comes up – it will have something to do with identity, self-expression and following your heart.

ALL the planets are Direct now too.

The Moon’s Nodes are exactly squaring the Full Moon, so this week we are at a crossroads. The past will be showing up at 27 Scorpio, and the future at 27 Taurus. What do you want to do with your life? Mercury is entering Aquarius on Monday bringing a lot of clarity.

Monday, February 14th: Moon in Leo all day. Mercury enters Aquarius bringing tremendous clarity and vision. We are in the orb of the Full Moon, so watch for messages and direction. Great day to explore imagination, creativity, or to spend time with animals.

Tuesday, February 15th: Moon in Leo. Engage in pleasure and express yourself through art. Have fun!! With the Leo Moon it’s a great evening to see first rate performances. Yes you can get what you want.

Wednesday, February 16th: Full Moon at 28 Leo at 9am Pacific. Moon goes void-of-course, then enters Virgo at 12:42pm. We are upbeat and joyful. This is the day when the Sun squares the South Node (the past) and the North Node (the future). A new story is revealed in the houses that contain Taurus and Scorpio. There are choices to make today, so focus on what you’d like to create in your life. Mars and Venus conjunct at 16 Capricorn sets a new foundation for relationships!

Thursday, February 17th: Moon in Virgo. The Moon opposes Jupiter and trines Venus, which could bring some positive relationship developments that release blocks. Follow the tried-and-true path and manage health and wellness. With the Virgo Moon you’ll want to clean and organize your surroundings, which always helps to clear the mind. Jupiter sextile Uranus also happens today, giving a wonderful boost to Aquarius, Sagittarius, Taurus and Pisces people.

Friday, February 18th: SUN ENTERS PISCES at 8:43am Pacific. It’s the beginning of a new astrological month, however the Sun in Pisces represents the end of the astrological year. This month is when we reflect on 2021, wrap up loose ends, and explore intuition, imagination and emotions. Moon in Virgo goes void-of-course at 3:20pm, then into Libra at 7:51pm.

Saturday, February 19th: Moon in Libra all day = more romance. Each of us regains our balance from the extreme events of this week. Spend time with people that inspire you and take care of things you’ve been avoiding.

Sunday, February 20th: Moon in Libra squares the Venus/Mars conjunction and could cause some relationship issues. The Moon continues on to square the Mercury/Pluto conjunction in the middle of the night, giving a chance for rebirth through communication.

The Full Moon in Cancer is usually a sweet, gentle event, but today’s Full Moon is opposite Pluto and the Sun. This could be a tough week. Pluto is the planet of catharsis, evolution, death, and regeneration. Look for emotional resolutions this week. When the Sun and Pluto are conjunct, it’s the end of a major phase of growth and the start of another. This Full Moon will also square the Nodes of Fate. This asks each of us to come to terms with the past and make profound choices about how to move forward. It isn’t easy this week. Each of us is going through a hard test. Feed what you want to grow in your life, focus on that.

Mercury is now retrograde at 10° Aquarius – and conjunct Saturn at the same time. Communications are serious. Expect secrets to be revealed, and the truth to be spoken. Mercury in Aquarius is revolutionary and lightning fast, so things can arise out of nowhere. The only way to walk through Mercury here, is to think strategically, and negotiate when you’re in a good position. Also, this week the North Node moves into Taurus for the first time since 2003, and Uranus goes Direct! Expect changes ahead!

Monday, January 17th: Full Moon in Cancer at 3:48pm Pacific. Moon opposite Pluto is a major catharsis. Avoid difficult conversations today because sensitivities are high, but comfort yourself and make room for all of your feelings. Be gentle… Easy Does It. Creativity, nostalgia, food, and emotional release are good uses of this energy.

Tuesday, January 18th: Moon in Leo, and Uranus stations Direct in the early morning. This is a big lightning bolt of energy! Expect to be jolted. There could be a complete reversal of your path today. Expect the unexpected, and let your eccentricities guide you. With a Leo Moon, engage in pleasure and express yourself through art. A good week for creativity so paint, write, film and play.

Wednesday, January 19th: Moon in Leo and the Sun enters Aquarius at 6:38pm Pacific. The mood changes and becomes more upbeat. This is the day when the Sun squares the South Node (the past) and the North Node (the future). A new story is revealed in the houses that contain Taurus and Scorpio. There’s choices to make today, so focus on what you’d like to create in your life. With the Leo Moon it’s a great evening to see first rate performances.

Thursday, January 20th: Moon void-of-course in Leo ALL DAY, entering Virgo at 6:00pm Pacific. Lay low, don’t make any spontaneous moves. Follow the tried-and-true path. Great day to explore imagination, creativity, or to spend time with animals.

Friday, January 21st: Moon in Virgo moves into an opposition with Jupiter and Neptune, and trines Venus. There could be some positive relationship developments today that could release blocks. With Jupiter and Neptune in the mix, try not to overindulge in escapist activities. With the Virgo Moon you’ll want to clean and organize your surroundings, which always helps to clear the mind.

Saturday, January 22nd: Moon in Virgo goes void at 11:45am, then into Libra around 2:00pm. No big decisions or proclamations when the Moon is void, just go with the flow. Each of us regains our balance after the extreme events of this week. Spend time with people that inspire you.

Sunday, January 23rd: Moon in Libra squares Venus and could cause some relationship issues. There’s a couple of lovely trines with Mercury and Saturn however, that will help us talk and process through it.

Venus in the Underworld

The planet Venus follows a mystical course through the skies, which has been interpreted in various ways by ancient cultures around the world. It’s important right now, because this weekend was one of the most powerful moments of her cycle. Last Saturday, January 8th, Venus was perfectly conjunct the Sun at 19 Capricorn. This is a key moment, because this represents Venus “in the underworld”.

The Venus cycle begins when she appears as the evening star; visible high in the West above the horizon at Sunset. This happened last Fall – in October/November 2021. I remember seeing her during my evening walks. When she reached her highest point, she turned retrograde (moved backwards), and began a slow descent towards the Sun. Every evening she appeared a little lower in the sky, until January 3rd when she disappeared in the fires of the Sun.

When the Sun and Venus are conjunct, the Sun is simply too bright for Venus to be seen. Because Venus disappears, she is said to enter the “underworld”. It’s called an “inferior conjunction”, meaning the planet Venus is between the Sun and the Earth. This is an important phase! Let your life mirror the cycle of Venus. Go inward and disolve yourself. Release limitations, and prepare for a rebirth. While Venus is traveling through the Underworld, each of us can undergo our own deep, personal transformation, and it’s happening right now.

After her meeting with the Sun, Venus continues through the underworld. She finally rises in the East, in the pre-dawn sky, about a week later. At this moment, she is reborn as the Morning Star, or Lucifer the “light bearer”, and becomes the herald of a new path. In our current cycle, she emerges on January 15th completely transformed.

Venus will be the morning star from January 15th to February 4th. When she reappears, each of us is reborn as a warrior. It’s a powerful burst of youthful, feminine energy, and we can pursue what we really want. We emerge renewed and revitalized.

For now however, each of us is in a cocoon, reshaping ourselves. You may be feeling yourself going through a lot of changes. We are letting go of old relationships, possessions, ideals, fantasies and attitudes. It’s a deep, personal, inner transformation through inner fire. Take some time for yourself this week. Spend some time alone… in solitude. Rebirth yourself with creativity, beauty and harmony. With Pluto nearby, this adds up to a period of deep evolution for each of us.

This week we are letting go, wrapping stuff up, paying off debts, and clearing our lives of stagnant energy. This is particularly important now, because the Year of the Tiger starts on February 1st, 2022, and the Tiger brings drama. You will want to have your life sorted out as much as possible by then. More on that later.

For now, the Sun has left the fires of Sagittarius, and is traveling through the early degrees of Capricorn, the sea goat. This sign forces us to strengthen the foundation of our lives so we can survive the harsh Winter. Capricorn is also harsh. The goat demands we face reality, and do the hard work necessary to move ahead. There’s no short cuts and you can’t pay your big brother to do it for you. YOU have do the work and apply yourself; then you can walk easily over the impossible terrain of the wild goat.

Monday, December 27th: Moon in Libra trines Saturn in Aquarius in the pre dawn hours, but there are no other aspects. We’re still in the middle of huge energy shifts from this weekend – particularly the Venus-Pluto conjunction, and the square between Saturn and Uranus last Friday. Today’s Moon in Libra seeks balance, so balance is the best thing to focus on today. Walk the middle road between work and play, family and individuality, and love and independence.

Tuesday, December 28th: Moon in Libra squares Mercury, Venus and Pluto in the early morning, then enters Scorpio at 1:16pm Pacific. There could be real tests for relationships and partnerships today, but Moon in Libra is great for reaching agreements. Try to hammer things out with people in the morning. Major sextile between Mars and Uranus in the afternoon can bring unexpected developments, and the Moon in Scorpio accentuates power plays, so stay present. Happy news? JUPITER enters PISCES in the evening YAY!!!!

Wednesday, December 29th: Moon in Scorpio makes us witchy. Mercury and Venus conjunct in Capricorn in the early morning, which brings an agreeable vibe to the day. Jupiter newly in Pisces is a wonderful energy which brings optimism and joy to all of us, but particularly Sagittarians. Mars sextiles Saturn in the evening, and we can make good progress by working hard.

Thursday, December 30th: Moon void-of-course in Scorpio all day, entering Sagittarius at 3:08pm Pacific. Mercury and Pluto conjunct in Capricorn in the early morning brings further information about yesterday’s developments. This is a huge aspect. Moon in Scorpio sextiles Venus, Pluto and Mercury in the morning, bringing positive energies to the big evolution impacting relationships nowadays. Expect occult experiences and deep conversations with people.

Friday, December 31st: Moon in Sagittarius on New Year’s Eve is a PARTY! I’m sure you’ll will have fun tonight. The mood is expansive and the vibe is optimistic. This Moon brings out the truth and adjusts our life perspective. Sagittarius is a wild, liberated, adventurous sign with high ideals. The Centaur wants us to look at our goals, because it’s the sign of the Archer! New Year’s Eve is a great night to decide on your goals for the upcoming year.

Saturday, January 1st: New Year’s Day. Moon void-of-course in Sagittarius all day, entering Capricorn at 3:02pm Pacific. Mercury goes into Capricorn in the middle of the night, followed by a New Moon in Capricorn tomorrow. The conditions are fantastic for making resolutions and committments today. Moon in Capricorn, on a Saturday, is GREAT for saturnian Magick, i.e. discipline, structure and committment. Saturn represents our stability, and brings up themes of structure, time, karma, and authority. 

Sunday, January 2nd: New Moon in Capricorn at 10:33am takes us to the bottom of this year’s energy. From Capricorn, we build up our lives and our year from a new foundation. Where are you right now? Where do you want to be? The sea goat can help you connect the present to the future using practicality and hard work. Remember, the mountain goat can step carefully through seemingly impossible terrain, so remain undaunted by obstacles and forge ahead!

December 6th was Krampusnacht! Yay! I hope to go to Austria someday and see it in person…

Last Friday night we started a brand new path in our lives. We had a New Moon Eclipse in Sagittarius, bringing up issues of expansion, inner truth, wisdom, justice, adventure and luck. This eclipse will continue to unfold this week. It sets the tone for this whole month’s lunar cycle. Look to where you want to rebirth yourself, and put all of your focus there.

This week, Mercury is hiding behind the Sun, as they continue their travels through Sagittarius. This can bring extremes to our thinking – either we think too much and over analyze, or we don’t think at all. Try to find a happy medium. The big aspect this week is Venus conjuncting Pluto at 24 degrees Capricorn. If you have any planets at 24 Aries, Cancer, Libra or Capricorn, they will be exponentionally activated this week. This conjunction inspires deep evolution in our relationships, romances, and artistic endeavors, AND it will be continuing until MARCH!! Could bring obsessiveness, catharsis, transformation and healing.

Monday, December 6th: Moon in Capricorn makes five aspects today including a trine with Uranus in Taurus, and conjunctions with Venus and Pluto. Watch for signs today about the major relationship shifts coming in the next few months. Authority figures are in charge today, and power plays or control issues could come up. Ground yourself through working hard, especially on things you’ve been avoiding. Could be an intense evening.

Tuesday, December 7th: Moon in Aquarius. Do things today that help you feel grounded. Mercury in Sagittarius squares Neptune in Pisces in the early morning. This aspect makes our minds foggy, and makes the facts of any situation hard to grasp. Things will be clearer in the next couple of days, so postpone important decisions or conversations. Lots of electricity and ideas in the air.

Wednesday, December 8th: Moon in Aquarius. Mars squares Jupiter in the middle of the night, which means we need to find an agreement between our drives and our ideals. When we bring them into alignment, we turn a corner. This is a revolutionary day, and there could many changes and developments. Slow down and take everything one step at a time, and step carefully around people’s egos. Also, Aquarius means to let your creative genius out to play, and to connect with friends and groups of folks.

Thursday, December 9th: Moon in Pisces makes a lovely conjunction with Jupiter in the middle of the night. Pisces means “go with the flow”. Today is good for listening to lots of music, taking a boat ride, and using your senses. There’s also a Moon square Mars in the early morning which can bring underlying tensions to the surface. With the Mercury hidden in the fires of the Sun, it can be difficult to talk your way through issues. Use your intuition.

Friday, December 10th: Moon in Pisces enters her 2nd quarter. If an issue comes up, go with your gut instincts. Excellent day for psychic impressions, imagination, watery activities, or being wildly creative. Swim around with your intuitions and ideas. The watery, musical, loving vibe is enhanced by the Moon’s conjunction with Neptune in the early afternoon.

Saturday, December 11th: Moon goes void-of-course in Pisces at 11:20am, then into Aries at 1:46pm Pacific. Today is the BIG conjunction between Venus and Pluto at 24 Capricorn! With this aspect, and the Moon entering Aries, watch for tempers flaring. Avoid ego stand offs. We are being called to evolve and regenerate our relationships, so practice giving, receiving and sharing. Implement new ideas and approaches.

Sunday, December 12th: Moon in Aries gives us fresh energy and perspective. The Sun squares Neptune in the middle of the night which can bring confusion to our day. The best use of this energy is to focus on creativity and soul expression. Forget your worries and have some FUN!!

It’s a big energy shift from water to fire, and we’re all feeling uplifted. Straight ahead is the New Moon, giving us a fresh start. Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, the great and benevolent King. He dispenses wealth, luck, optimism, fortune, and wisdom. We could all use a good dose of Jupiter these days.

And there’s more good news…. there are several trines and sextiles this week between the Sun, Chiron, Mars, Neptune and Mercury. Each one is a beautiful release of positive energy and growth. Mars and Venus are traveling at the same speed right now too, and in a perfect sextile. Let yourself feel optimistic this week, sieze opportunities that appear, and know that the Universe is finally giving us a break.

Monday, November 29th: Moon in Libra. The Sun and Mercury had an exact conjunction yesterday at 6 Sagittarius, and will be traveling together all week. This is called “combust”, and means our intellect can get lost in our passions and egos, OR we think too much. Rely on instincts this week. Mars trine Neptune in the predawn hours is a joyful balance of opposites. Our intuition is ignited and the path forward is clear. It’s a great way to start the week. Let yourself be optimistic, and watch for opportunities.

Tuesday, November 30th: Moon in Libra makes a bunch of aspects today, but that’s nothing compared to the three major sextiles happening! This will be a lovely, harmonious day, but can turn serious as the Moon approaches Scorpio after 6:00pm Pacific. Still, the day is glowing with creativity. Mercury sextiles Saturn (focused mind), Venus sextiles Neptune (compassion and love), and Sun sextiles Saturn (concrete intention).

Wednesday, December 1st: Moon in Scorpio. Neptune stations Direct in Pisces today, so things could be VERY unclear and foggy. If you feel lost don’t worry, things will clear up soon. Neptune can bring spiritual strength, or the desire to escape reality. Nurture yourself and your inspiration. This is definitely the day to REST or be creative.

Thursday, December 2nd: Moon in Scorpio makes five different positive aspects today, so the good news keeps coming. Expect occult experiences and deep conversations with people. Moon trines Neptune, activating the lovely-watery-creative-Neptune vibe. Embrace compassion with people, and let your dreams fly. Sunday, December 5th: Moon in Capricorn is heavy, and the demands of the upcoming week could weigh on us today. Capricorn sours the expansive Sagittarian vibe, so today will be about making progress with challenging work, or getting chores done. Our attention turns towards our ambitions and money goals. Remember, the mountain goat can step carefully through seemingly impossible terrain, so remain undaunted by obstacles and forge ahead.

We are transforming… we are BECOMING.We saw some HUGE shifts last week with the New Moon in Scorpio opposing Uranus in Taurus and squaring Saturn in Aquarius. That’s an amazing configuration, and it sets the tone for this whole month’s lunar cycle. It brings a situation into our lives that’s painful. We have to face it; just know it’s important, and it will lead to a major rebirth. On top of that, Venus has moved from the fires of Sagittarius to the sullen, hard energy of Capricorn. She’s not too happy there, so be gentle with women friends for the next few weeks. Mercury has moved from airy Libra to the intensity of Scorpio. All of these changes mean things could feel much heavier these days. Look to where you want to rebirth yourself, and put all of your focus there.

Our consciousness is following the path of the Sun through Scorpio this month. This is a complex sign. Scorpio is the sign of death, and forces beyond our control. It’s synonymous with the 8th House, which represents healing, alchemical transformation, secrets, other people, taxes, credit, banks, sex, and the occult. Scorpio wants to join deeply with what it relates to, in order to become more powerful. Scorpio is the sign of power. Merging together and uniting our resources is the way to achieve power, and we are transformed through this merging.

Monday, November 8th: Moon in Capricorn trines Uranus in Taurus early in the afternoon. Moon is in her detriment here, so this could be a cold, pessimistic, hard way to start the week. Authority figures rule the day, so don’t seek concessions or try and negotiate anything. Mercury in Scorpio makes negotiations difficult anyway for the next few weeks. This placement can raise resentments and secrets from under the surface, and people can be power hungry. Avoid social complications and focus on the goal.

Tuesday, November 9th: Moon is void-of-course in Capricorn all day, entering Aquarius at 7:03pm Pacific. Do things today that help you feel grounded. Moon conjuncts Pluto in the morning, adding to potential power struggles. Ground yourself through working hard, especially on things you’ve been avoiding. Issues could arise around control, truth, and ambitions, as well as challenges with business. Lots of electricity and wild ideas in the air.

Wednesday, November 10th: Moon in Aquarius makes a bunch of squares today, but there’s a few other HUGE aspects. This is a revolutionary day, and there could many changes and developments. Mercury and Mars are conjunct in Scorpio, which means our minds and actions are united, and we feel efficient today. Then the duo make an exact square with Saturn in Aquarius, which can test our resolve. Mars square Saturn in particular can bring up a lot of tensions. Slow down and take everything one step at a time, and step carefully around people’s egos.

Thursday, November 11th: Moon void-of-course in Aquarius at 11:52am, and stays void for the rest of the day! Follow already laid plans and avoid risks. If you can, focus on what your mind tells you rather than your heart. Embrace reality. Also, let your creative genius out to play today. Good for connecting with friends and groups of folks.

Friday, November 12th: Moon in Pisces, so go with the flow. Sun in Scorpio makes a fabulous trine to Neptune in Pisces in the morning. Just an excellent day, full of good feeling, emotional warmth and imagination. Excellent day to read philosophy, or spend your energy on being wildly romantic or creative. Swim around with your intuitions and ideas.

Saturday, November 13th: Moon in Pisces makes some lovely, friendly aspects today. The watery, musical, loving vibe is enhanced by the Moon’s conjunction with Neptune in the early afternoon. Excellent day for creativity and romance. Use your imagination and instincts. Mercury in Scorpio opposes Uranus in Taurus.

Sunday, November 14th: Moon in Aries gives us a fresh energy and perspective. No real aspects today, just do something fun.

We are in the darkest phase of the monthly moon cycle, preparing for the New Moon in Scorpio on Thursday. Lots of feelings could be coming up so we can release them. Rest and give yourself time to reflect on how you’d like the upcoming Moon cycle to go. There’s a new life staring you in the face this week, but to find it you have to let go of something first. Scorpio is ruled by Mars, the warrior god of strength, courage, boundaries, assertiveness, men, justice, and action. Mars square Saturn is getting stronger right now, becoming exact on Nov 10, which happens to be the day that Mars opposition Uranus begins, getting stronger, until exact on Nov 17.

Look at our goals. Are they in alignment with your true and highest self? Also, do you have any goals?

Assess our ambitions, life path and direction. It is a time to think about our actions, and whether they are aligned with the life and world we want to create.

Look at our energy and drive, because they are valuable. Is your current job or project worth what you’re spending the time on? Do you need to make a change?

Letting go, releasing, death, and rebirth are the Scorpion themes of the upcoming Moon month. With Scorpio, we are reaching out to deeply connect with things outside of ourselves. It’s a good time to check in and see if you are putting the right energy into your friendships and love relationships. For those who refuse to change the difficulties are going to get worse. For others, it’s a time of opportunity in a new world.

Monday, November 1st: Moon in Virgo is void-of-course at 10am, then into Libra 4:11pm Pacific. We’re feeling the happy and fun effects of the Mercury-Jupiter trine last night. Life feels really good right now! It’s a great way to start the week. Let yourself be optimistic, and watch for opportunities.

Tuesday, November 2nd: Moon in Libra. Mercury squares Pluto in the predawn hours, and the mood changes.There’s a serious tone to the day. Moon trine Saturn adds to the heaviness. We are in the realm of Thursday’s New Moon in Scorpio, so the edge of a pending rebirth is evident. Seek out healing. Try and remember the dreams you have, because they contain messages for you.

Wednesday, November 3rd: Moon in Libra, into Scorpio at 5:52pm Pacific. It’s a busy day, with the Moon making five different aspects. There’s a trine with Jupiter, square with Pluto, conjunction with Mercury and sextile with Venus. This means we are emotionally processing a lot of recent growth in our thinking and life events. Moon in Scorpio means to do Magick! This is a portal towards the deep Fall. Even though Halloween is over, the veil between the worlds is thin, and we can see spirits. The intensity of the upcoming New Moon can be felt today.

Thursday, November 4th: New Moon in Scorpio at 2:15pm. This New Moon squares Saturn, continuing Tuesday’s heaviness. The big aspect though, is the New Moon exactly opposing Uranus over in Taurus. This can bring eccentric people into your life, OR cause sudden, liberating events. Relationships will be strongly effected by this aspect. Try to see the other person’s point of view and be flexible. Expect occult experiences and deep conversations with people. Something in our life needs to die so a new life can be born.

Friday, November 5th: Moon in Scorpio goes void-of-course at 9:10am, then into Sagittarius at 5:52pm Pacific. During a void period, especially in Scorpio, avoid conflict or risk. The Moon trines Neptune and squares Jupiter today, so follow your instincts. Remain flexible, stay in the present, and be creative if you have time. This Moon brings out the truth, but also makes people sensitive, so avoid social complications.

Venus enters Capricorn at 3:44 AM This can add a challenging but stabilizing dose of reality to relationships and artistic pursuits. Hard work and committment is favored for the next several weeks. Loyalty with our partners, friends and family is a good thing to practice right now, and can deepen the foundations of relationships.

Mercury enters Scorpio at 3:35 PM Communications become deep, intense, serious and transformative. There are no more trivialities for the next few weeks. Our minds think strategically, and we are able to see the psychological underpinnings of any situation. Healing is favored along with strength, and an unwavering view of our shadow sides.

Saturday, November 6th: Moon in Sagittarius makes a couple of minor aspects, but the bigger influence is Mercury sextile Venus in the morning. This connection brings positive communication and progress with work and relationships. Make use of this lovely energy. Make a lot of time for adventures and fun.

Sunday, November 7th: Moon in Sagittarius is void ALL DAY, then enters Capricorn at 5:00pm. Another long void period! Avoid being spontaneous or impulsive today. Capricorn sours the expansive Sagittarian vibe, so today will be about making progress with challenging work, or getting chores done.

We begin this week in the third quarter of the Moon, turning into a fallow Moon on Thursday. The Sun has moved into Scorpio, and Halloween is upon us! With this waning Moon, we have an opportunity to release psychological blocks – specifically beliefs that stand in the way of our personal power. That’s the top tier Scorpio stuff. After Thursday, we are wrapping things up, finishing projects and adjusting to new conditions.

With Scorpio season and the Fall, our mood changes and we become more self-reflective, focused, and perceptive. Scorpio is regeneration, healing, transformation, rebirth, sex, and the occult. For the next month we will be raising our self esteem, spiritual connection, and definement of space.

Monday, October 25th: Moon void-of-course in Gemini, then into Cancer at 2:00pm Pacific. Don’t sign anything or make big decisions during the void period, just follow already made plans. There are three LOVELY trines today too, with Jupiter, Mars and the Sun. These trines bring an industrious, happy and expansive vibe to the day. The Gemini Moon increases the desire for social connection, and brings lots of activity in general.

Tuesday, October 26th: Moon in Cancer makes a couple aspects, but the big news today is Venus in Sagittarius squaring Neptune in Pisces. Disillusionment can show up, so don’t make any quick judgements about people or situations. Let things unfold a little more. Try not to overindulge in anything too. The Cancer Moon brings a need for solitude and reflection, so nurture yourself. Moon in Cancer is in her rulership, and insights into our feelings can be very healing at the time.

Wednesday, October 27th: Moon in Cancer makes five different aspects, including an opposition with Pluto around 3:00pm. This could bring repressed emotions and fears to the surface, driving us towards security. If something comes up, just be aware of what’s going on and take care of yourself. The only true security is within you and your decisions. Use your instincts. Try to hang out at home and eat a good meal.

Thursday,  October 28th: Moon in Leo enters her 4th quarter, and we begin a week of rest and reflection. The Moon makes a couple of squares, and one tough opposition with Saturn in Aquarius around 4:00pm. However, any hard edges to the day will be softened by Venus in Sagittarius sextile to Jupiter in Aquarius. This is a fabulous aspect, encouraging all of us to relax, have fun, make art, and celebrate life.

Friday,  October 29th: Moon in Leo makes a couple minor aspects with the Uranus and Mercury, but the main energy of the day is LEO, and “what are you going to wear for Halloween”. Make an impact. It’s a heart-centered day, excellent for rendevous and parties. Great evening to go on dates or see performances.

Saturday, October 30th: Moon void-of-course in Leo, then into Virgo at 11:09am Pacific. Don’t sign any agreements or buy anything important before 11:00am. Lots of Moon aspects today, plus Mars the Warrior moves into his natural home of Scorpio in the early morning. Men will feel more at ease and confident, and all of us will have a renewed strength to set boundaries and empower ourselves. There’s also big square between the Sun in Scorpio and Saturn in Aquarius in the predawn hours. This can bring tension with authority figures for the next several days.

Sunday,  October 31st: Moon in Virgo isn’t the sexiest placement for Halloween fun, but we can still have a good time, it just might feel more “orderly” and planned out. There will be more tricks than treats with the Moon’s trine with Uranus in Taurus in the late morning. Of course today is good for tidying up the house, running errands, and getting ready for the week ahead. Halloween arrives with a fun Mercury trine Jupiter.
