Fall Equinox

Mabon Blessings! πŸ™‚

“Today we celebrate Mabon, or the Autumn Equinox. The hours of the day and night are equal. Today is harvest festival, and we pay our thanks for the wondrous blessings we have been given all summer. This Sabbat is also sometimes known as the Second Harvest Festival, Wine Harvest, Feast of Avalon, and Cornucopia.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. When you feel overwhelmed call upon the angels for they will help you to move forward and hold you in your arms when you are afraid. Whatever you have been working on can be harvested now. You are more powerful than you can imagine and can make all your dreams come true.

Tonight it’s appropriate to wear your finest clothes and celebrate with a bountiful harvest of food. Tonight is we turn the wheel of the year and get ready to head into a period of rest, relaxation and reflection. Take a walk in the woods; scatter some offerings for the animals and elementals of the forest.

It’s the night of mysteries and balance. Enjoy the fruits of your labor this year. Celebrate you and your accomplishments! When you are doing spell work or rituals tonight, work with protection, prosperity, security, self-confidence, harmony and balance.
